“I had to return a pair of my wife’s shoes as they had become unstitched (they were 5 months old), the staff member didn’t question anything and instantly offered a full refund or a new pair. We opted for a new pair but they were out of stock. They arranged for delivery to our home and they arrived within 2 days. Great service”

“Item arrived on time I ordered a few pairs of boots and a pair of shoes sadly I only kept one pair of boots as the rest did not fit but the pair I have kept fit perfectly and the leather is so soft. Returning the ones that I did not want was so easy through the port hole.”

“Fantastic customer service. Boots I ordered were faulty with scuffs in the leather. Easy to return and customer services then checked the replacement pair before despatch to ensure they weren’t faulty. They phoned me to tell me that on the examination the replacement boots had exactly the same fault, and they then went out of their way to source another pair of boots from elsewhere, and again checked them before dispatch. The boots that arrived were perfect and I am so grateful for the checks that took place before dispatch of the second pair to ensure I was not disappointed again. Excellent email and general communications throughout. Some of the best customer service I have ever had!”

“Mine was a short visit as I knew what I wanted and you had it in stock. A second pair of shoes was ordered and delivered within three days. The carrier was DPD (not Royal Mail as I had been informed); the agent rang the door bell and the parcel was handed to me.
