“The boots arrived very quickly and fit perfectly. Very happy with my purchase. Only negative was the price, but there were not any alternative shoes on other websites or with my size 8 still in stock, so I was limited in my options. Overall they are pretty, an excellent fit and do not have these dreadful zips that I can not zip up. I would definitely use this trusted company again. Thank you.”

“Fantastic customer advisor named Doreen in Newcastle store , who helped my husband and I with smart black shoes he needed for a funeral this week. She was very helpful, and assisted him to try on a few pairs and to find a pair that were smart and comfortable. We ended up buying a brown pair of Joseph Seibel shoes also due to the fit and style to wear with jeans, chino’s or trousers. Doreen advised how care for his existing shoes he was wearing and products which we didn’t already have at home. Doreen reminded me of the customer service we had many many years ago. Excellent member of the team. Hope she passes on her knowledge to younger team members. A most enjoyable experience today.”
