“I ordered a pair of sale shoes and to be honest they should never have been sent out, one was perfect the other was creased and scuffed, very disappointing.I decided to return them to my local shop and was treated like royalty, the young lady behind the counter couldn’t of been more helpful, I got the same shoes (perfect) for lass money, I won’t be ordering online again”

Whilst we sometimes source products from our branches to offer the greatest selection of shoes, this should have been picked up during the quality checks before dispatch. “It’s so nice to have a local shoe shop where the service is good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I’d much rather go into a shop like this than buy on line, it shows you what we are missing. I got exactly the shoes I wanted at a good price and although I had to order them, they came within 2 days. Great service. The only downside to this survey, it doesn’t give you the option to rate the great staff or say that you visited a real shop! It’s really for online purchases. Very sad.”

“I had seen these shoes in the store but they did not have the colour I required in stock. Came home with the relevant details and found them on line in the sale. Probably why none in store. I ordered a pair on line very reluctantly but was delighted when they arrived. They fitted prfectly, correct colour and speedy dlivery.”
