“We visited Charles Clinkard in Eldon Square Newcastle yesterday 2nd February looking for some wide fit, Velcro fasten shoes and slippers, Sarah went above and beyond to assist us, explaining the makes they had, which was the widest width etc etc, nothing was too much trouble for her, excellent customer service”

“I will have to send both pairs back . I can only wear leather and I did not realise these were vegan . I was not told in the shop in Burford where I tried them on. The other boots I purchased are great as are she shoes my husband purchased . Staff very kind and helpful but did not point out the boots were plastic and I did not realise .”

“15/01/26 Visited the Stratford Upon Avon store. A lovely friendly member of staff called Jenny helped me find the correct sized shoe-and cheerfully cleaned up the mess when a bottle of Soy sauce broke in my bag and spilled on their chair and floor! That's above and beyond the call of duty! Wonderful selection of shoes there-I always easily find a pair (or two) I like!!”

“I have just purchased a pair of boots from the Teesside Park store and was served by Donna. She was amazing, I was looking for the same boots as I was wearing but they were over 2 years old. She looked in the system and there was one pair left in my size. I’ve never been so happy. Donna was really helpful and friendly, she made my day. Clinkard shoes are the best fit for me and will not go anywhere else now.”
