Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. With our Express Delivery we guarantee dispatch within 3 working days. Please be assured your parcel was dispatched within this timeframe but it appears there was an issue with the courier and your parcel was held for a day. Unfortunately, circumstances such as this are out of our control and I am sincerely sorry for any inconvenience this caused. “I generally love Gabor shoes but sadly I've have had to return several pairs of wide-fit trainers recently (Gabor Dahma, Gabor Quench, Gabor Camrose) and will probably be returning the Gabor Heather too as they were all too narrow for me. I measured the soles across the widest part and they are definitely narrow than the wide-fit trainers I bought in the past. This is very disappointing!!”

Our Next Day service ensures that orders are delivered the next working day, as long as they are placed before 5pm. This is to ensure our dispatch team have time to accurately and efficiently finish processing orders before the warehouse closes.
