“I was looking for sandals which were out of season but had the most helpful young girl, Jennifer, who went away and searched from summer stock. I found a pair that I liked but they were the wrong size. Jennifer searched on line, found the size and had them posted out to me. I received my sandals about 4 days later. “When the shoes arrived I discovered that they had been used before as the soles were marked and the tops of the shoes were creased and the box its self was damaged, it brings into question the quality control operated by this company, I contacted customer services and they agreed that this was not good and said they would send out a new pair, not arrived as yet.”

Whilst we do sometimes source from our shops to offer the greatest selection of products, they should be quality checked before dispatched. I apologise we have let you down in this instance.
