“I visited the Wilmslow branch not expecting to find anything that fitted as I have very slim feet. To my surprise I found a pair that fitted so well that, after some refreshment in a coffee shop, I went back and bought a second pair. Bill and his assistant were very friendly and helpful, and I would definitely go there again.”

“Super service from head office customer service (Hannah) when a pair of Josef Seibel shoes failed badly after very limited wear. Was expecting a contribution to a replacement pair, received a gift card to the value of full replacement. Now have a pair of the same as numerous previous experiences with Seibel and Clinkard have been excellent.”

“I recently purchased a pair of ladies shoe boots which unfortunately were of a more generous size than I was accustomed to. I needn't have been concerned as I telephoned their Customer Care and a wonderful lady told me to return them using the free label and that they would send me a smaller size. This they did and I was swiftly wearing them. For a top of the range manufacturer this item was almost half the price of their nearest rival. “Since I discovered Clinkard I never go anywhere else the service is second to none, nothing is too much trouble . Recently I purchased from their on line store which was a mistake from r me as I had a foot injury several years ago and find finding shoes to fit me is extremely dangerous fgicult so I returned my purchase to the store and they couldn't have been more helping finding a suitable replacement,”

“Well I was slightly skeptical when I saw the shape of the boots! However, having tried them on indoors and had a little walk around, they are so so comfortable! The leather is so soft No pinching, no squeezing of the toes, absolutely divine! Can't wait to wear them outdoors! Perfect pair of ankle boots!”

Some damage to the boxes may occur during transit, however I do apologise if this issue seemed to occur during the packing of your order.
