The service was excellent and having a local shop (Darlington) made returning the 2 unsuitable pairs very easy and convenient. “Ordered my Gabor boots and got them within a few days and in the sale as were my Caprice boots bought a few weeks ago. So I have bought a couple of pairs of boots in the winter sale total cost of a penny off £130 so I'm hoping the points I have earned are going to turn into something for me. Over to you guys. “Boots received quickly and well packaged. Boots are very nice, but only wish they were easier to get on and off. At least one zip on one side, instead of elastic webbing on both would have been much better. Hopefully they will become easier with wear.”

“I have purchased severall pairs of shoes from Charles Climkard in the recent past.The sandals that I ordered this time were very good quality but too narrow. I'm now reluctant to purchase from Charles Clinkard, as although I was aware that I would be required to pay the cost of the return I had no idea that this was £11:25 postage using Royal Mail. This all means that I am without a the sandals and £:11:25 worse off.”

However, we offer a discounted Royal Mail return label through our online returns portal to help keep this cost as low as possible. For future reference, returns can be arranged from as little as £3.20 when using this service. I’m sorry if this option was not utilised on this occasion, but we hope it proves helpful going forward.
