“Ordered a pair of Reiker boots in my size but unfortunately did not fit. Returned using CC special returns label with Royal Mail, and refund was in my bank a few days later. Prompt reimbursement for the order. Dad that the boots didn't fit. Alternative size not available, hence refund. In view of the efficient returns process, I would order from Charles Clinkard again in the future.”

“Great company . Recently ordered 2 pairs of shoes one pair fitted like a glove and I was totally satisfied with them .. the other pair sadly was a little too big. No problem phoned them and took the pair for refund and they refunded it straight to my bank account. Excellent service from lovely staff . A true 5star company !!”
