“I bought some Josef Seibel boots (Ruby) online in a size 40. They were too big so I returned them and got a refund within days. There was a Returns slip in the box so I didn't have to go online which made life much easier. I ordered the same boots in a 39 and I love them. They are a generous size so I can get big socks in them. Very pleased with the service and the product.”

“I recently bought a pair of boots but after wearing them twice found there was a defect in the leather. I contacted Charles Clinkard through their WhatsApp customers services and got an immediate response. The problem was dealt with at once by sending me a prepaid returns code to return the boots and my refund was processed within a few days. Excellent customer service!”

“Bought some boots online in the sale. Delivered within a few days. I didn’t like the boots and they didn’t fit me correctly. I didn’t want to pay to return the boots as I’d already paid for delivery so I returned them personally to my nearest Charles Clinkard shop and the shop assistant was very helpful and made it easy to return”

Despite having received the size requested, as they were slipons, the generous size allowed them to 'slip off' quite a bit as I walked. there was absolutley no problem having to return them. On a notification from Clinkard of their return a refund was promptly provided. I can recommend the company's customer care support.”
