“I was served by Yvonne and her assistant in the Buckingham branch and was given exceptional personal service. I was helping a lady in her 80's who has severe memory issues, buy some smart black shoes for her granddaughter's wedding the next day. The staff could not have been more helpful & considerate. With guidance (from all 3 of us) Anne ended up with shoes and a small handbag that were deemed 'Perfect' by her daughter-in-law.”

“I was looking for sandals which were out of season but had the most helpful young girl, Jennifer, who went away and searched from summer stock. I found a pair that I liked but they were the wrong size. Jennifer searched on line, found the size and had them posted out to me. I received my sandals about 4 days later.
