“I ordered a pair of brand new Sketchers trainers. I received the pair, one of which was ex dislay by looking at it. It still had 2 price labels and a reduced label attached. One trainer was scuffed / marked. The right one had been stretched I guuess from previously been tried on and worn. The under side /sole on this one was dirty and a darker colour than the other Guess been worn ? Very dissapointing Beware if you buy from those company. Never did they advertise or state they were ex display !”

It is correct that some of our stock may come from our stores, and therefore may have previously been a display pair. However, we aim for all of our orders to be quality checked before dispatch. This process should include looking out for any marks to the material or any damage to the structure of the shoe. “Purchased a pair of Sun Moccasins in Navy/Natural Stitch .Have worn them twice only and whilst they are comfortable the major problem is with the welt at the toes. After one wear the welt the navy leather completely scruffed so covered areas with navy polish same on the second outing so totally unwearable-really not fit for purpose only fit to garden in when no can see them. I think I should be able to return for a refund.Even though they were in the sale not worth the money.”
