“I was served by Yvonne and her assistant in the Buckingham branch and was given exceptional personal service. I was helping a lady in her 80's who has severe memory issues, buy some smart black shoes for her granddaughter's wedding the next day. The staff could not have been more helpful & considerate. With guidance (from all 3 of us) Anne ended up with shoes and a small handbag that were deemed 'Perfect' by her daughter-in-law.”

“I was looking for sandals which were out of season but had the most helpful young girl, Jennifer, who went away and searched from summer stock. I found a pair that I liked but they were the wrong size. Jennifer searched on line, found the size and had them posted out to me. I received my sandals about 4 days later. “When the shoes arrived I discovered that they had been used before as the soles were marked and the tops of the shoes were creased and the box its self was damaged, it brings into question the quality control operated by this company, I contacted customer services and they agreed that this was not good and said they would send out a new pair, not arrived as yet.”
