“I visited the Wilmslow branch not expecting to find anything that fitted as I have very slim feet. To my surprise I found a pair that fitted so well that, after some refreshment in a coffee shop, I went back and bought a second pair. Bill and his assistant were very friendly and helpful, and I would definitely go there again.”

“Super service from head office customer service (Hannah) when a pair of Josef Seibel shoes failed badly after very limited wear. Was expecting a contribution to a replacement pair, received a gift card to the value of full replacement. Now have a pair of the same as numerous previous experiences with Seibel and Clinkard have been excellent.”

“I recently purchased a pair of ladies shoe boots which unfortunately were of a more generous size than I was accustomed to. I needn't have been concerned as I telephoned their Customer Care and a wonderful lady told me to return them using the free label and that they would send me a smaller size. This they did and I was swiftly wearing them. For a top of the range manufacturer this item was almost half the price of their nearest rival. “Well I was slightly skeptical when I saw the shape of the boots! However, having tried them on indoors and had a little walk around, they are so so comfortable!
