“Fantastic customer advisor named Doreen in Newcastle store , who helped my husband and I with smart black shoes he needed for a funeral this week. She was very helpful, and assisted him to try on a few pairs and to find a pair that were smart and comfortable. We ended up buying a brown pair of Joseph Seibel shoes also due to the fit and style to wear with jeans, chino’s or trousers. Doreen advised how care for his existing shoes he was wearing and products which we didn’t already have at home. Doreen reminded me of the customer service we had many many years ago. Excellent member of the team. Hope she passes on her knowledge to younger team members. A most enjoyable experience today.”

“Went into the newcastle store to get my sons first shoes, we were served by Beth who was absolutely amazing with him. She measured him and tried numerous pairs until we found the right ones, a lovely pair of start rite prewalkers. Doreen eas also there and was super friendly, talking to my son and getting lots of smiles!! It is such a friendly store, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!”
