“I recently purchased a pair of shoes. Despite having received the size requested, as they were slipons, the generous size allowed them to 'slip off' quite a bit as I walked. there was absolutley no problem having to return them. On a notification from Clinkard of their return a refund was promptly provided. I can recommend the company's customer care support.”

“Our shop in Meadowhall recently closed and I saw a concession in Lakeland leather in Windermere, which I was pleased to see. Unfortunately they didn’t have the boots I wanted in my size. So I looked on line and found them so I am pleased I can still buy me footwear online”

“Product was good and customer services helpful but the shoe was advertised at two different prices. I purchased at the higher price of £79.99 but the same item was available for £69.99 and there was no offer of compensation. Bit of a pity as I helped identify the difference in pricing !”

“I was so happy to find Charles Clinkard had a pair of Josef Seibel Peyton 01 boots I was looking for and they were competively priced, they were delivered quickly and arrived perfectly. The boots are a fab colour (purple) and fit perfectly (I have a pair in floral black). They have soft, warm velour furry lining and feel warm, even on a cold day. I'm genuinely happy to recommend them to you too, especially at this price, they're a bargain.”
