“Until recently I had never heard of Charles Clinkard. The Clinkard name came up while I was looking at the Hotter web site and considered buying a pair of slippers. Looking at the Clinkard web site, I found the same pair of slippers cheaper than the Hotter direct web site and Clinkards provided fee package and posting. The slippers rrived within three or so days. So all in all a worth while look at Clinkards web site.”

“My branch in York is marvellous . The service is great,the staff are friendly & helpful. I have recently ordered online with click & collect and you still get the same service. The staff unpack the order for you , if required, so you can try on & if they need to be returned ie sizing they return them for you & order a different size. I also like they process the refund in house. What's not to like ? Keep it up Charles Clinkard.”
