I was extremely annoyed that I had to return a pair of Nordica suede slippers because they were different shades ................ whatever happened to Quality control ?? ( Luckily, the pair ordered at the same time for my husband were ok) I was required to spend another £3.20 to return the faulty goods ............ why has this extra expense not been refunded also ?? Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, Gillian. I’m very sorry to hear about the colour mismatch on the Nordica slippers and the return postage cost you incurred. This isn’t the standard we aim for. We do provide a label if there is a fault so that the customer does not have to cover the cost of the return, I am sorry that you were unaware of this and have refunded the cost of your return for you. I have received my Gabor boots at second time ordering and they are brilliant. They were out of stock and the first time I ordered them, using my £11 rewards, the payment went through but then I heard nothing more. The payment wasn’t processed and the boots didn’t come. I don’t know whether they’d gone before they’d been dispatched. Unfortunately as well as no communication about my order being cancelled, when I tried to use my rewards money at second ordering, it said I had already used it, so I’m £11 out of pocket.

Very helpful member of staff. I find it difficult to buy shoes that are comfortable and she was quick to suggest things that might help me. I had to order a pair of shoes and that all went very smoothly.

We both love this shoe shop and the shoes we have bought from the store have always been comfortable, but one gripe i have is the brand offers a loyalty scheme collecting bonus points and if you spend over £100 you receive a voucher. However, on the previous occasions we have bought shoes either from the store or online, the reward points never show on my account. The last points were applied once i complained and we have recently used them, so the scheme works to a degree. We have spent well over £100 again and yet my account shows no points again. This is very tiresome as it seems i will have to contact customer services yet again

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the loyalty points not appearing on your account. The points do go back to 0 at the end of Feburary and again at the end of August when vouchers are sent out and I can see that you have a current voucher worth £7 which runs out in October 2026. I will email this to you. There are no new sales showing from end of August. If you have new purchases since then if you could reply to my email with any specific dates of purchases to help us locate them faster. I have bought a pair of sandals and ankle boots this year. The items arrive in excellent condition and easy to return if they don't fit. Also, refunds are prompt unlike some other companies.
