“Popped into the Northallerton store for slippers, unfortunately the ones I wanted were not in stock there. A most helpful lady checked the internet, found the ones I wanted, ordered them for me and a few days later they arrived. Excellent service by the Northallerton store and without doubt would use again.”

“Boots are of really good quality following my first week of wearing them. One pair bought in store the other pair via in store online ordering. Arrived v promptly. Thank you. My only constructive feedback would be to provide a receipt or order coupled with an ETA. If one can’t meet the ETA, automated updates could be provided. Great products.”

“Just a heads up really,I went into your Ilkley store today which has a downstairs entrance to the mens section,I found a shoe I really liked and waited for about 10 minutes for a member of staff , to come and say hello,they were obviously oblivious to anyone being downstairs,so I just walked out and left might be an idea to install some cameras so at least the staff are aware. Tony Kelvin”

“Brilliant service! I ordered a pair of walking boots on-line and slightly less than 24hours later I had a phone call to say they were ready for collection. I was able to try them on in the shop to make sure I was happy with the fit before taking them home. A very happy and satisfied customer!”
