I can see that your ad generated over 3600 views resulting in in 21 jobseekers clicking through to apply where 8 of them then did. I understand Nicola, your CharityJob Account Manager has been in touch to discuss what is currently a very challenging job market across all sectors. As all recruiter accounts are assigned an Account Manager and as we pride ourselves on collaborative working, we would always advise recruiters to contact us first before posting their ad so that we are able to offer the best advice on how to optimise its performance and are also able at that point to schedule follow up contact during its live cycle.
