It’s disappointing to hear that you did not receive the calibre of candidate applications you were hoping for, and I understand your CharityJob Account Manager, Jack Golding has been in contact with you to discuss the potential reasons for this. “CharityJob's website is easy to use to set up an advert and the recruiter dashboard is very helpful to keep a handle on the process. I was delighted to get a call from our account manager to suggest using LinkedIn which doubled the number of applicants we received. We were amazed by the total number of applicants for a trustee role. I would strongly recommend CharityJob to large and small charities.”

“Hi Owing to difficulties in recruiting staff I opened an account yesterday to place some vacancies. Ishi Jordan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She assisted me in completing my application and getting the vacancies placed where they would gain most notice. Her approach was friendly and professional, she listened and gave advice on pricing and media coverage. Altogether excellent customer service”
