“The opportunity and cost of using Charity Job's for our recruiting campaign served its purpose and we were able to use the dashboard as needed however it was not the best system and some areas on the system not really clear e.g. shortlisted column assumed they were shortlisted for interview, but in fact that was only column available even though they were ‘potential shortlist’ this could be reviewed/worded better?. We did get applicants but very few actually read info pack provided as part of application process and just uploaded their CV. Unexpected extra time taken setting up advert on job board and couldn’t use our own original advert – had to adapt to their system. However, the support from named contact was good. Would give a 3-4 star overall.”

“Ishi was great! She rang up and offered me savings that I wasn't aware of. She wasn't pushy and just made it clear that the savings would be beneficial for our organisation. I've been impressed with the whole service from Charity Jobs and would recommend any charity to use them.”

“The process was straightforward and where I had a query it was great to be able to speak to someone straightaway (Ishi) who was able to help me with making the post look good. We opted to use the candidate management element which so far is working well.”
