“I have just applied for a job via the CharityJob website for the first time, I called to clarify what happens with the applications as I had not received an email response to confirm my application had been received. Teresa was so helpful, polite and knowledgeable taking the time to explain how CharityJob works. Teresa also looked on the website for me for contact numbers and email addresses. I was so impressed with the advice and support I received today.”

“Khameelah at Charity jobs really knows her stuff and had us up and running within the hour. It's so nice to speak to a real person who listens and gives great advice. Makes a huge difference to hear a lovely voice instead of dealing with help boxes that pop up in the corner of your screen. Here's to humans, and especially nice ones.”

She added a lot of importance to our project, and, our advert is now UP AND RUNNING. Chatting with this lady absolutely gave us a sense of having achieved something really good at the end of the day.
