Although we don't always get many applications through CharityJob (depending on the role advertised), Jules Keene's approach is always friendly, professional and helpful and I find communicating and working with her effective and pleasurable.

We didn't get any interest and didn't receive any advice to improve the appeal. For the cost this was disappointing.

I'm very sorry to hear that the number of clicks on apply your ad received did not translate into candidate applications. I understand your CharityJob Account Manager, Ishi Jordan was on annual leave during your ads life cycle which I believe contributed to the lack of communication, so I can only apologise for this! I believe Ishi has now been in contact with you to advise on the potential reasons which could have contributed to its overall performance and has given suggestions on how to improve the performance of your current live ad and will monitor this moving forward. We came to you at short-notice and you did everything we asked quickly and efficiently. Considering the level of your fees, I wasn't convinced of the value for money - as I had to do all the work! I didn't put in a reference to identify which sites generated an application. But once the post was live on your site, total applications doubled in about 5 days. Those that I was able to identify from your site mostly met the key requirements and a number made the long-list. You helped us to widen our pool of applicants - which was one aim. On balance I am content and would consider using CharityJob as our sole 'paid-for' advert in future. Thank You

We paid £200 (discounted rate) to post a job for 2 weeks and didn't get a single application. In that same period on Indeed, we got 10 applications, 4 of which are proceeding to interview. This was a very disappointing experience. We will not be using Charity Job again.

I understand your CharityJob Account Manager, Jack Golding has been in contact with you and as discussed, he did previously reach out to you and left messages for you on both the 11th and 13th September to discuss your ad but unfortunately, missed you on both occasions. As agreed with Jack, your ad was reactivated free of charge until 20th September, ahead of your 21st September interviews scheduled for this role and several changes were made to ensure its reach in targeting more relevant candidates. I do hope the interviews went well and you have now managed to recruit through CharityJob. Jack also relayed that you have previously had great experiences with CharityJob as a candidate and that in your experience as a recruiter this time around you feel the site is well laid out and user friendly. All through the process Ishi was helpful and made great efforts to help us. The job was a part-time temporary casework post and we knew that this was not an easy thing to find. 11 people applied and we were advised to contact those we had any interest in. This enabled us to eliminate those who were not really interested in part time. In the end there was only one candidate but she has been appointed. None of the other sources we signed up with produced anything at all. We are delighted with the service we have had.
