“Ordered new jets, then had to add more. More than helpful on the phone and added to our order for delivery all together, we were then contacted as not enough were in stock. Alternative jets were then supplied at no extra cost to fulfill our order. Fantastic customer service from everyone at Castle hot tubs, thank you all.”

“My Elite Glee`s Topside controller stopped working. Although still in warranty,the service from Elite was appalling. I checked online and found the part in stock at Castle Hot Tubs. Excellent price,brilliant Chat line support and next day delivery. Had the problem resolved within 48 hours rather than waiting two months. Well Done !!!”
