“Items definitely take longer to arrive than stated on site to iv30 postcodes but regardless of this I cannot fault this company. Used numerous times for hot tub accessories and never had a problem. Good quality goods also.”

“Very customer friendly website and good stock of quality goods at very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend. I found the text "chat" service awkward to use and not very successful, not because of the operators but it seems due to unstable software.”

“These multifunctional BOAST chlorine granules do the job brilliantly. Not only do they maintain the correct level of chlorine, they keep the water beautifully clear, due to killing algae build-up which can leave the water looking a bit green. I’ve tried other chlorine granuals but this BOAST system does the trick perfectly.”

“Sorry but you sent the wrong pillows and promised to send the correct one ASAP but now at the end of the week no delivery. We want this to be our main supplier for our hot tubs , so we r hoping thing will be corrected”
