We needed a new hot tub for our rental property and Castle Hot Tubs gave us a lot of information to make an informed decision. They were brilliant from start to finish. The guys who came to install it were very professional, friendly and took time to show us how to work it etc. Their price was highly competitive and we would highly recommend them.

I Really like the choice of products on Castle Hot Tubs’ website. I ordered a few and they came quickly and were just as anticipated. I’m a happy customer! Only concern initially was that I received no order confirmation email so was concerned until the products arrived. Luckily this didn’t take long.

We swapped over web and email servers very recently and for a short period of time confirmation emails were not dispatched. Product arrived with one tub opened and ruined - tried to call no-one answered it is disappointing as up to now have been good I have been assured this was a blip and I have been very satisfied by Castle Hot tubs response and all previous orders have been excellent

We have been using Castle Hot Tub for all our chemical and accessory needs for about 10 years now, they are fast and efficient. Orders are received in a timely manner without a lot of extra packaging.

Extremely prompt mailing even though I chose the ‘standard’ option. I also though your catalogue material included in the pack looked interesting. Many thanks for the promptness, I was able to clean & refill my tub for the bank holiday weekend.

I have been using Castle Hot Tubs for supplies for a while. They are always quick and efficient, so you may as well take advantage of free delivery. Also you get 5% off each order if you sign up. Their own make chemicals etc. are cheaper than branded goods but the same quality. The web page isn’t the easiest to use to find precisely what you want, but they do stock a lot of stuff. Avery good service all-in-all.

Speedy service. Only concern is that products are posted in black plastic film which is none recyclable where cardboard would be just as good. If packaging was changed then would be 5/5

Protecting the environment is a responsibility we take very seriously at CHT. All packaging material for goods received is re-used, including cardboard boxes, bubble-wrap and other forms of packaging material. Where possible we source environmentally friendly products (for example our Air cushions are made from biodegradeable packaging). Unfortunately at this time we have been unable to source an exterior wrap which meets requirements and cost constraints. However this is constantly under review. Website easy to use & very informative also prices very competitive. The only issue I had was when trying to pay on the website the system kept taking me back to PayPal even though the website informed me that credit cards are accepted. When I tried to use the telephone I just got a recorded message, this was very annoying. I tried the chat line & got through straight away, the problem was this was the first time I had used a chat line & didn’t realise I would have to type my request, I hung up. All I wanted to do was speak to a real person. But never the less I persevered & used Paypal to pay for my goods even though this was my second choice. The goods were delivered to my door the same week. Very good service shame about the comms.

Hi Robert thank you so much for your kind review. We are sorry to hear you experienced some difficulties. To explain our payment options - PayPal provide our merchant services - they process all of our card payments. This includes Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express debit and credit cards. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to check out using a credit card, they only process the transaction on our behalf. We apologise you were unable to get through on the telephones - this is unusual but sometimes at very busy times calls will be diverted to an answerphone if no operators are available to take your phone call.
