Website easy to use & very informative also prices very competitive. The only issue I had was when trying to pay on the website the system kept taking me back to PayPal even though the website informed me that credit cards are accepted. When I tried to use the telephone I just got a recorded message, this was very annoying. I tried the chat line & got through straight away, the problem was this was the first time I had used a chat line & didn’t realise I would have to type my request, I hung up. All I wanted to do was speak to a real person. But never the less I persevered & used Paypal to pay for my goods even though this was my second choice. The goods were delivered to my door the same week. Very good service shame about the comms.

Hi Robert thank you so much for your kind review. We are sorry to hear you experienced some difficulties. To explain our payment options - PayPal provide our merchant services - they process all of our card payments. This includes Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express debit and credit cards. You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to check out using a credit card, they only process the transaction on our behalf. We apologise you were unable to get through on the telephones - this is unusual but sometimes at very busy times calls will be diverted to an answerphone if no operators are available to take your phone call. We had our spa serviced for the first time last Saturday Mark the engineer did a fantastic job my water is sparkling so don’t hesitate in having your spa having that trust class treatment .

When I purchased my hot tub several years ago I was given cartridge cleaner with it, but after soaking the cartridge in the solution, the water remained fairly unchanged. I switched to castle tubs, and the solution left after soaking is a green, grey colour, which proves it has done a good job. I also use other Blue Horizon products and think they do a fantastic job.

hmm..Bit of funny one. My wife took delivery, she was not asked her name, she did not sign anything, and a ripped package with the contents visible was handed over. I work in distribution, and the above is not unusual, we take the view that if the contents arrived in usable condition, then the packaging has done it's job. But for a courier not to ask for a signature is odd, as I could claim non delivery if I was dishonest! That is not really a review of Castle Hot Tubs, except maybe your choice of courier, and that is the face of your company. I have rated you as acceptable, with the above caveat. Perhaps if you use plastic bags as a means of packaging, a strip of Sellotape around it would help keep the contents within, in case of mishandling? Hope that helps, from one Distribution Manager to another. I don't know if the delivery was on time, I don't remember you giving me an eta. I have not taken a photo, as the product was in good order. If I was unhappy, believe me you would have heard by now, as I know feedback, good or bad can really help if taken seriously. Kind regards Paul John Manners
