“Brilliant choice of lighting. This is a company that I have purchased from before, ordering is easy, receive order progress updates and delivery is very quick. Definitely recommend.”
“Ordered 2 oberoi chandeliers via internet. The order didn?t arrive on the due date because one of the lights had been identified as broken. A new delivery date was arranged and the lights arrived in perfect condition. We are pleased with the service and product from castle gate lights.”
“great service and great products. Called them on the phone and got an answer straight away... Then they took my order in just a few minutes and delivery was next day. Fantastic service. When I unpacked the crystal chandelier, it was lovely and when installed was just what I had hoped for. So good the next day I ordered two table lamps. Same great experience and quality of good. Highly recommended.”
“The items ordered were great they are now set up and working and looking good. However I would have liked to have had the light bulb that the lights required to have been offered for me to purchase at the same time has I ordered the lamps.”
“Great selection on the website with large range of both traditional and modern pieces. The product I purchased had a screw which was unfortunately stuck. The product is produced by a different company so it was not Castlegate?s fault at all and was just bad luck. I asked for this to be exchanged or returned and Colin was very helpful and efficient. He double checked that the replacement part worked correctly and did not have the same issue before sending it out to me with express dpd delivery. This meant from noticingthe issue to receiving the replacement took less than 48 hours. There was no quibble and the service from start to finish was simply great. When I ordered the light initially I was warned it could take 5 days to arrive, longer than other products available, it was good to have this warning but even better when it arrived within 2 days. The product looks just as pictured and is very nice. Castlegate totally exceeded my expectations and I will certainly recommend to friends and family.”
“Great website and service. Ordered a few times from Castlgate Lighting and have received my orders promptly, with no problems. Have recently bought some crystal single wall lights (DAR), which are beautiful, however we had a bit of a challenge getting them to sit at 90? to the wall and not droop. Only snag! I'd recommend Castlgate Lighting to anyone looking for good quality lights.”
“I was looking for an outside light for a garden building and with a website so easy to navigate I quickly found the items I was looking for .With so much choice and a budget to suit everyone I at first found it difficult to choose.I eventually found the perfect lamp and at an amazing price, thanks Castlegate. It had delicate parts and arrived well packaged (not excessive) intact and on time.”
