“Unfortunately due to incorrect information on the website the wrong item was sent, it was also priced incorrectly and didn't come with a bulb despite showing one in the picture. However despite all of this Jayne at customer service was brilliant at every stage and helped to fully resolve all the issues quickly and efficiently!”
