“I purchased three outside lights for our new extension that arrived within three working days. Unfortunately one of the glass globes was broken in transit. Within two days, I had received a replacement light unit. One of the bulbs blew and within two days, I received a replacement. I would certainly recommend Castlegate lights. Prompt delivery and excellent after sales service.”
“I was blown away by the ordering and deliveey process, it was impressive to say the least. I dudn't order until late evening and was inforned my order would be with me the next morning. I wasn't dissapointed wuth my lampshades either, they are stunning! I can't wait to put them up....definitely recommend and will use again”
“Unfortunately due to incorrect information on the website the wrong item was sent, it was also priced incorrectly and didn't come with a bulb despite showing one in the picture. However despite all of this Jayne at customer service was brilliant at every stage and helped to fully resolve all the issues quickly and efficiently!”
“Ordered 5.30pm arrived next day 09.30. Quality excellent, haven’t installed as waiting for building work to complete. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again.”
