“The issue is delivery. The item had a high delivery charge for Fedex next-day delivery. It should have been delivered on Wednesday 29th. It wasn't. Fedex updated to Thursday delivery. It wasn't delivered. Then Friday. Nothing. It is now Saturday and Fedex have even stopped bothering to update me. The last update said the package was in Burntwood. You should change your courier. I won't be buying from you again I'm afraid.”

The dimmable lamp I have purchased works fine but no matter what new bulb I put in, it strobes on the highest setting (this is not the case with the bulbs I bought for the original lamp which work perfectlyand are identical). I know it seems odd to give 5 stars for something that's not working properly but Castlegate are doing everything in their power to sort it out, so I can't fault the company at all.”
