“The lighting choices available from Castlegate was very good and the site was easy to use. Costs were competitive and the lights ordered were well packaged and arrived safely. We were given a delivery date and time and made arrangements to be at home, but the delivery did not arrive at the date and time specified. We were then sent a new delivery date and time for the following day, which did happen. There was no explanation or apology from the delivery company.”
“Ordered a new candle bridge. Confirmation of order came through with estimated delivery date then I got a later email which gave me a one hour time slot for that delivery. Parcel arrived within first quarter hour of that slot. Only negative - I wanted 2 candle bridges but they only had one in stock. They haven't told me when they might get some more in.”

Have recently bought some crystal single wall lights (DAR), which are beautiful, however we had a bit of a challenge getting them to sit at 90? to the wall and not droop. Only snag! I'd recommend Castlgate Lighting to anyone looking for good quality lights.”

“Delivery was quick and on time. Along with the light switches and sockets I also ordered a dimmer switch. The electricians fitted all switches/sockets and the dimmer switch, however after a while the new lights started to flicker. Luckily they had a spare dimmer in their van and swapped the components with my dimmer and it worked. Can only assume it was a faulty dimmer switch. Would have been very annoying to have to return it at a cost to myself and then re-order another - at another cost to myself and then get the electrician back out!”
