I heard nothing and chased them after 3 weeks and was told it would be a further 1 week. This part of the order was for 2 lights but only one arrived when promised and on further chasing I found that the other had been held back because it was damaged......great, but why not email me to tell me what was happening. A few emails to update me would have made all the difference.”
