“It is rare nowadays to be pleasantly surprised or have your expectations exceeded, but Castlegate are a company who obviously value ?exceptional? Customer Service. As a result Castlegate will always be our first contact for future purchases !”
“Ordering very easy with polite , efficient lady. Parcel, with fragile items extremely well packed , was delivered on time. Price paid for the lights was very competitive. I would certainly order from Castlegatelights again and would thoroughly recommend them.”
“I ordered a Candle Bridge after the festive season had come to an end!! My original one gave up the ghost after many years of pleasure so I replaced it with a battery operated one, big mistake it turned out to be rubbish!! I searched online and found Castlegatelights website and selected a really up market looking one, yes it cost a few pounds more (I got it in the sale) but hey ho you get what you pay for!! It has a beautiful finish, 1.6m length cable and shines really brightly!! I've only been able to use it for 2 nights following this Christmas BUT packed it away safely and sooooo looking forward to getting out for next Christmas.”
“Best packaging and service I have ever had, bought 2 lampshades individually wrapped and protected in a box, inside a box and protected inside another box which was protected, so well done, that?s how I want all my stuff sent to stop any complaints or damages.”
“This is the second time I have purchased from Castlegate lights & I cannot recommend them highly enough. The lights are such amazing quality & so beautiful & the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and if they are unsure about something they find out and call you back with the information you requested. As well as all this, their prices are very competitive. Keep up the great customer service Castlegate Lights it's very much appreciated.”
“This is the second major order placed for lighting with this company, impressed, great communication whether it is order conformation or delivery dates and products arrive well protected and when you want them delivered”
