“Although they have not been fitted yet the lights are lovely and arrived very quickly. I had an issue with ordering (which was totally my fault) so abandoned the purchase. Within an hour a lovely man had sent me an email asking if I was having a problem and if I let him know my phone number he would see if he could help. He called and sorted everything out - was very polite and efficient. Would definitely order from this company again.”
“I ordered a crystal lamp for my mum for mother?s day. It arrived quickly and I was updated on dispatch and arrival day/times. The lamp is beautiful and my mum was really happy with it!”

“The light fitting arrived within a couple of days, looks great, and is a well-made, good quality article. It was very simple to wire in, and I was able to do it myself without much difficulty. It looks perfect in my study, and I am very pleased with it. The pretty glass shades look good with LED globe-shaped bulbs.”

“Good advice on the phone before purchase - I was called back with the information I'd asked for which gave me confidence in the company. Swift delivery too plus great looking outdoor lights.”
“Excellent site. They had just what I wanted at a lower price than any other site. They only had 1 light fitting in stock (I?d ordered 2 the same) but their customer service was very good. The phone was answered promptly and they very quickly obtained another fitting and sent my order in only a few days, with a tracked delivery. Would highly recommend Castlegate Lights.”
“More disappointed in the delivery of the item. Lovely pic when delivered but it was to the wrong house. Also as their side gate was locked the fragile marked parcel was dropped from head height to the floor. Still in one piece thank fully so glad i get on with the neigjbours or else lost forever!”
