“I found Castlegatelights using a website search for a particular light I wished to purchase. They did exactly what they said they would do, order it from their overseas supplier and then courier it to me. The packaging was amazing and it arrived in perfect condition. I was so pleased with the light and service that I ordered a second one. However, finding the bulb supplied in the original to be too bright the second one will be supplied with a lower wattage and a second same power bulb for the original. Nothing too much trouble.”
“Have previously ordered one of these lights for my front window at Christmas very bright lights like it so much have bought a second one for my upstairs window they look great very festive.”
“Such a helpful company received my lights the next day as they were needed urgently. Very friendly to deal with and well packaged, great quality products at a competitive price. Would definitely use again! Thank you.”
“This is a great firm. So helpful and pleasant over phone. Orders were processed and dispatched with incredible speed. The only question mark concerned the quality of packaging. While the packaging of lamps was robust, this and lamp bulbs had been placed in a more flimsy carton surrounded by bubble wrap much of which had burst. As a result the package came rather dented. Fortunately everything came intact. Definitely will from castle lights again”
“The light arrived promptly, was very well packaged and was easy to install. It looks great and provides a good quality light. Courier tracking and notification of delivery time was good, so overall happy to use this company again.”
“There were bulbs glass shades and all were very well wrapped. The lights looks so good now they are up. I like this firm that's why you gave them 5 stars.”
“Very quick efficient service. Kept well informed about the status of delivery. Text and email sent to say the time of day, within an hour of delivery. Would definitely recommend and use again.”
