“Positive in that the item was well described, no add ons or tricks, and delivery well explained and communicated including 1 hour slot later given when delivery would arrive (this was on the free delivery option). Negative in that packaging wasn't great, probably why one of the four halogen lamps which were included was broken. Admittedly I didn't contact the seller for a replacement because for an 80 pound lamp I didn't think it was worth the hassle, but I do think they need to be a little more careful with packaging to avoid bigger headaches in the future.”
