The product is produced by a different company so it was not Castlegate?s fault at all and was just bad luck. I asked for this to be exchanged or returned and Colin was very helpful and efficient. He double checked that the replacement part worked correctly and did not have the same issue before sending it out to me with express dpd delivery. This meant from noticingthe issue to receiving the replacement took less than 48 hours. There was no quibble and the service from start to finish was simply great. When I ordered the light initially I was warned it could take 5 days to arrive, longer than other products available, it was good to have this warning but even better when it arrived within 2 days. The product looks just as pictured and is very nice. Castlegate totally exceeded my expectations and I will certainly recommend to friends and family.”
