I have used Cartridge People for some time now. On my last order I received a call back up selling the benefits of moving from HP branded to their own label - £ savings, 20% more ink they say - totally compatible too ! I challenged what would happen if it damaged my machine to be told I was covered by their insurance. So today I tried the first replacement. Nightmare !!! Not working, need to reset printer etc. etc. Done that - not recovering !! Called Cartridge People - happy to refund but if I want HP cartridges I need to place a new order ! So now I have no printer, have to order cartridges myself, thats if I can get my machine to work. I await further information from Rachel at CP about a solution. In the meantime my business is halted. MB

Good Afternoon, I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. I can see you have been in email correspondence with my colleagues. Due to the refund you have had we are unable to replace with the HP items however we can credit your Cartridge People account or refund you straight away enabling you to order the original HP cartridges. The magenta cartridge was faulty (determined by HP technical support ) and caused my printer not to work, I will not be buying from your company again original hp only from now on for me.

The brand new cartridges held no ink, they were both empty. I will never purchase from here again. (2)

The person who phoned me did not listen to what I said or why I didn't want the larger cartridges.

A huge thank you to Sarah R at Cartridge People for her patience and kindness in helping to sort out my difficulty with the printer after two attempts with 2 cartridges, she supplied very quickly a third cartridge and it was successful. Unbelievable customer service in this day and age. Primarily I spoke to George and he too was SO helpful with his avice.

Used a compatible cartridge against my better judgement. Complained about the quality of the print. Cartridge people immediately blamed our printer that hadn't previously had any problems. Won't be using again.

I paid £44.90p for compatible cartridge for a set of inks for my HP Officejet printer pro 6830 - domestic use. Admitedly the printer (that I inherited) is no longer available but I expected the Cartridge People to have supplied me with functioning inks. They don't work! I spent several hours with a colleague trying to get a print out withourt success. Clearly they were NOT compatible and should not have been sold to me. For the price of the inks I could hve bought a new printer. Very disatisfied! If you are prepared to refund my purchase I will give Cartridge People a 5-star rating for compensting my purchase. The order I placed online is not the order I received. Apparently they spoke to someone at my business, who told them to check with me about changing the order to non original cartridges, but decided without my permission to send me what they thought I needed not what I wanted. Would not accept that they had made a mistake and expected me to return a big box with heavy paper reams at my cost, so they could refund me and I could order what I wanted in the first place. Totally unprofessional business, I thought it was the customer who decided what they needed not the company selling the goods. Never experienced anything like this before and will be reporting it to the relevant authorities. Avoid unless you want to be stuck with things you don't need!

I encountered issues such as the absence of a remaining page print count and persistent error messages on for the brother cartridge replica. I would hesitate to recommend Cartridge People to a friend because those cons wasn't mentioned on product page, only after you receive them, you'll see instructions about that.

delivey was speedy but the black cartridge will not register in my printer - I have followed the instructions for cleaning and drying the contacts to no avail. will stick with the genuine product from now on.

When ordering my cartridge I put the model Number of my brother printer into your website. The website interpreted this number as a cartridge number and sent me the wrong cartridge. When phoning your helpline, your person said it would not be possible to exchange the cartridge.

We recently ordered Black and Colour cartridges for our Canon photocopier/printer and was persuaded to purchase compatible toners, that I was assured would work just as well as genuine cartridges. We had asked for next day delivery as we were running very low on toner only to be told after placing the order that they didn't do next day delivery to our location, but we would get them within 48 hrs. We didn't actually get them for several weeks. We did actually get a credit for having waited for so long but this was after we had to chase up delivery via numerous phone calls and emails, and we did not receive our full order as they couldn't get the magenta. We replaced our black toner and haven't used it to print anywhere near the 13000 copies it is supposed and the print quality is awful. I would advise people not to buy the compatible replacements as they are not cost effective, as we have had to replace our cartridge before printing the full capacity.

I bought cartridges from you and now have a black cartridge which has proved useless. The colour cartridge is fine. I doubdt that I will use your company again.
