The goods met my objectives and was the lowest price which is what I needed. However, I purchased the goods on the 16/9 and so I was expecting a call from your business to discuss with me the Cartridge People's own brand cartridge instead of the HP versions I purchased. During the call, I explained that I did change from the HP to own brand with a previous purchase based on the representatives recommendation and the representative was pleasant and polite during this previous purchase. However, the Cartridge People own brand cartridges did not work well in my HP printer previously. My printer said from the start that the cartridges were low and needed replacing (so I never knew when I actually need to replace the cartridges) and the print quality was not quite right (this was from the previous purchase). However, on this call your customer services representative virtually shouted at me and said 'why didn't I call you and tell them about it' 'we had other companies call us this issue and it's now resolved' 'it was an issue with the chip in the cartridge'. The representative was rude, even when I was polite in saying thank you for your call but I'd prefer to stick with the HP cartridges and at the end of the call and I said goodbye the representative just hung up abruptly without even saying goodbye or thank you for the HP purchase. I will now in future, use another supplier for my cartridges and accept that whilst I will pay a little more, I will be treated with respect.

The contact with you by our Customer Advisor should have been to check that all your details were correct before release and that you were aware of the full range available to you and see if it was possible to save you money by offering our own branded product if suitable. Cartridge People were very helpful with my order and even rang me to advise me of a special offer that meant I got a higher capacity cartridge for the same price! Unfortunately my delivery was stolen from my home (was beside my gates which has always been fine) Cartridge people arranged for a replacement delivery with absolutely no fuss and it was handled kindly and efficiently. I called, gave specifications and paid for a cartridge. Paid for express delivery as I was travelling. I did not receive response regarding my emails, and when I called, I was tossed between customer service agents

I ordered some new HP cartridges for my printer. I was subsequently rung up and told that it would be materially cheaper to use Cartridge Peope refils instead. I was hesitant because the printer has not worked after I bought non HP products before but I was persuaded. WHen the product arrived the second of the four cartridges that we opened had exploded in the packaging. We have sent them all back and are waiting for the refund beofre doing what we originally wanted and buying HP products

Previously when I ordered HP branded ink someone rang me from Cartridge People and suggested I purchase one of their's instead as it was cheaper. I was in the middle of an intensive course so didn't want the risk, so I stuck with the branded version. I was so right as this time I ordered the Cartridge People own brand and it's hopeless, even following the instructions it came with. Wouldn't print at all. Preparing for a meeting I had to waste 40 minutes going to the nearest shop to purchase printer ink.

I ordered 2 September. 14th Sept still not arrived, Evri has given 2 dates and times for delivery, (Bill - 5 years service) and still no delivery. I told Cartridge People through their website I was getting desperate. no response. i don't know where the fault lies but its not a good service - this time at any rate.

I have requested a refund because of non-delivery of a cartridge! I'm fairly sure that it's the courier's fault but I needed two important hospital letters printed urgently and could not wait any longer for delivery.

1. The product arrived with zero packaging. No cardboard, no box, no bubblewrap - only thin plastic. Who does this? This is the first time I've come across a company/person that posts items with literally just the address sticker on it. Ridiculous. 2. Due to the above reason, the product arrived damaged (as I suspected as soon as I received it). Both boards are not secured and move every time I write something on it or wipe. 3.I would never buy anything from this site. There were plenty of combi boards I saw in other sites. But I was most unfortunate to have decided to order from here.

You have been badly let down by your couriers, Evri. as a result I woudl not contenance using your company again. When they "delivered" my order, it was in fact handed to my nighbour!
