I object to being rung up and persuaded to change my order to own brand ink. Asked once is OK. But 4 5 or 6 times? Redoculous. The first time I said no should have ended the conversation. Won't be using again.

I thought you were supplying a repeat order. However the supplied crtridge did not fit my printer!! I have then had to chase around before I could get a suitable cartridge. Thie is the first printer supply that has fialed me. Make your own thoughts on what score to give?

Good morning Andrea, I appreciate you sharing your concerns with us. I'm truly sorry to hear you felt added to our mailing list without your consent. Your privacy is important, and we strive to keep our customers informed and respected. An "opt out" was provided at the time of data capture (checkout page) and an "opt out" option is provided on every email sent. I can see that you have been removed from our mailers, this can take up to 48hrs. You can opt down/reduce the amount of emails you receive in your account - you can do this by logging into your account and clicking on Manage Marketing Preferences. Then opt down to the following options for marketing emails - weekly, fortnightly, monthly, every 3 months. You can also do this by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the bottom of any marketing emails that you receive. I ordered Brother laser ink cartridges on their website. I received a call from their sales team promoting their own compatible ink. I told him previously I had used it and my machine would not accept them, he replied they had upped their game and this would not happen, any damage they would pay for. I inserted the pink and yellow, no problem. Then the blue, the machine would not recognise it. A phone call that lasted 40 minutes where we tried to reset the machine, eventually it recognised the blue, so I took a print, a huge blue line down the page. Took the cartridge out, wiped the roller, and thankfully it worked. Too much hassle to save £50 when the Brother cartridges, you insert them and off they go. Never again.

Melanie was fantastic at sorting the delivery issue. EVRI very poor giving the impression and excuse that there was a problem with me not being at home when I/we are in all day every day. They can deliver a cartridge but not a box of paper on the same order - apparently damaged in the first effort and now struggling again. Management overload deliveries so not the drivers fault - and I might as well just go to the local supermarket - never been an issue before so what is going on

I have an issue with my printer that hopefully will be solved by putting in fresh laser cartridges. Lucy came to my aid and had two replacements in their way within a couple of hrs. Excellent service.

I'm unable to comment at present as my order was placed on Saturday 7th June with expected delivery on Tuesday 10th June but it has not been delivered!! Saturday 21st June and still having to chase up delivery. Please see attachments below.

I’m very disappointed with this company. They supply their own brand ink cartridges, which I purchased specifically for the printer they also sell and supply. Shockingly, the cartridges do not work in the printer — despite being marketed as compatible. When I reached out for support, they refused to offer a full refund or even replace the faulty cartridge. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with a company that won’t stand behind its own products. I expected better customer service and accountability.

Generic cartridge was advertised as being compatible with my HP printer. Despite several hours of battling with the software it turns out it isn't, and only genuine HP cartridges will work. Phoned and talked to customer services. They refunded the cost of the cartridge, but not the cost of the postage, which I wouldn't have incurred if they'd been more transparent with their information. Not impressed.

First brought complete set Cartridge People own in for my Epson printer and only installed magenta ink and did a print that resulted in print having to much magenta. Made a new order with Epson ink and after called customer service. Person was polite and sent a scanned copy of my print and they would call me back. Still haven’t called back. As I wanted compensation for unused ink. The new order with Epson Ink arrived replaced the magenta with Epson not issue with print. Print result perfect. Still haven’t received the call. Attached two photos 1x cartridge people NOT OK and 1x Epson Ink Ok

Good morning, Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment with the delivery timing. The delivery service you selected is not a Next day service. You selected the Express Dispatch. This option will be offered at the checkout as an upgrade when available. With that service on a normal working day, we guarantee your order will be dispatched on the same day if you order before 5.30pm. This service uses multiple carriers such as Evri and DPD depending on size and weight restriction. 97% of orders arrive next working day, but please allow up to 2 working days for delivery. A massive let down. What’s the point of keen prices when you can’t get the product? I ordered ink a few times and it turned up and all was well. Then I ordered more ink and paper since I was going to run out. Placed the order on a Saturday night and was expecting it on the Tuesday as per their order confirmation. On Tuesday itself it didn’t arrive and I waited in for I’d had delivery firm confirmation it was coming. 10 minutes before scheduled delivery time I got a cancellation message saying I’d get it the next day. I called in and shared my unhappiness. The person said it was beyond their control and I’d only be able to wait and get a refund after the Friday. The parcel 📦 finally arrived on the Friday. That was too late, I’d had to buy paper locally and I would not use them ever again as a result. Any complaint should follow 3 steps, apologise, analyse, act. They did none of these 3 things. Just blamed the courier and left it at that.

Really cannot accept that a member of your team contacted me after I had placed an order and seemed intent on making me change the order from Epson to your own branded cartridges. When I refused she asked me a number of times to explain my decision why I would want to continue with my Epson order. I was made to feel very uncomfortable as I was asked to explain my decision. As a result I have vowed never to use your company again.
