“The product as ordered (replacement printer cartridge) arrive within the notified delivery time, via Royal Mail. The product seems ok (yet to be used) but the packaging was NOT - lid was damaged and ripped :-(”

“The said package re: the cartridge which I ordered by telephone arrived promptly. I was pleased with the actual packing and the cartridge was easy to place within my brother printer. An excellent idea to include packing for the used item to enable it to be returned and destroyed.”

“I messed up to be honest as I didn’t realise cartridge people sold genuine cartridges too, so I hastily paid through the nose for poorly filled originals at very similar price to the super filled own brand. HP original cartridges are a rip off for 17ml of ink, it’s 3 teaspoons ffs. Not worth bothering. Will remember to check in future.”

“Unfortunately they use evri who do not deliver here.”

“The delivery of toner cartridges is very fast, however, when returning one and awaiting refund is very poor. Evri delivered my toner cartridge the next day but returning an incorrect one is still stuck with Evri nearly 2 weeks later and still awaiting refund. Very disappointing.”
