Cartridge People were excellent in dispatching quickly but were let down by Evri which kept saying we will deliver the next day and after waiting each day for 5 days it eventually arrived. We were home when they delivered but never rang the bell and just left it on the doorstep in full view. Their proof of delivery was a photo of our doorstep!

Purchased black ink cartridges as usual from Cartridge People. After a few weeks the print became unreadable. Tried cleaning but no joy. Replaced cartridge and all good. Gemma at Cartridge People was very helpful and will use them as usual and recommend the good customer service.

Cartridge People have always given me fantastic service, for years. They always follow up with a phone call if they think they can offer me a better deal. I also didn’t realise there is a 12 month warranty on cartridges if there is a problem. Really great service all round.

Phil from Customer Services went above and beyond to sort out why my ink replacement wasn't working. Gave me lots of tips and sent a replacement cartridge. I have always found their delivery and price spot on and the customer service I just received was exceptional. (Only not giving 5 stars because of the problems with the cartridge)

I ordered 2 cartridges for my Dell printer. One was the wrong type, so I informed Cartridge people. I got a quick response from Hannah who organised a replacement. Excellent service. Hope you have sorted out the warehouse problem. Lars M

I have used Cartridge People in the past and has been fine. But this was first time ordering since now using a laser printer. I placed my order. But I never received it. This is not Cartridge People's fault. This is Evri. Evri made out they had delivered and still use that term. I won't be ordering again anywhere that uses Evri. Cartridge People dealt wity my complaint accordingly and they said they would refund me. So, I still have no complaints with Cartridge People. But while they use Evri, then I won't place an order again. Even if it means paying more elsewhere for the dame thing just so I know I have got it.

This was the first order to this office and for some reason the delivery was routed to Head Office (which could have been the way I entered the details on the order). Anyhow due to messages left by Courier I was able to contact Wiktoria at Cartridge People who sorted this out extremely quickly with absolute courtesy and customer focus. Thank you Wiktoria!

Cartridge people has, always been reliable and courteous. Even when the latest order hit a difficulty the issue was, dealt with professionalism and politeness. No issue is too big for them to deal with. I will certainly be happy to use them again.

I ordered a black and colour cartridges and was persuaded by a salesman because how good the discount was I was best to order two of each so I did. They didn't work on my computer it still said I had no ink and wouldn't work. I then had to order HP own brands which do work, they look identical but obviously aren't

I have bought printer ink from Cartridge People for several years. I recently bought one own-brand colour cartridge which wasn't printing well, so I contacted the customer service team. Liam responded promptly with advice but when it became clear that it was a faulty cartridge, he ensured that a replacement cartridge was quickly sent out to me with no fuss.
