“Very good service but let down by using Evri who are not relaible carriewrs and often leave parcels in inapprorpite plqces or wrong deliver”

“Excellent service from Aden in sorting out which cartridges were compatible with my printer, very helpful throughout. I would have given five stars, but for a glitch (now resolved) in a refund. Once this became apparent, however, Aden very promptly resolved the issue. I will happily use this firm again, they clearly know what they are doing!”

“The service and price were excellent except for insisting on using Evri to deliver. They are hopeless and after waiting five days we had to cancel the order and get a refund.”

“I have been using Cartridge people for years now and their products and service are always excellent. Unfortunately on my last delivery, the order was being delivered by EVRI, it never arrived! When I contacted Cartridge people, Aden, helped me and arranged for the order to be sent again. Although I had doubts that EVRI would deliver, they did actually deliver but what a terrible company EVRI is. They couldn't be bothered to walk 20 feet to my front door, but lifted the lid of my rubbish bin and put the parcel inside it!!! What kind of company does this? What sort of person behaves in this manner? I have obviously reported this to Cartridge people as well as written to EVRI. I cannot fault Cartridge people, this is beyond their control. The young gentleman who assisted me throughout was called Aden. He could not have been more helpful. I would usually give Cartridge people 5 stars but with the hassle caused by EVRI I have reducecd it to 4 stars.”

“Quick to ship so very happy with that however shipping was with Evri who are notoriously bad in my area which meant a delay in delivery as they never tried to deliver even when they said they would.”

“Your wbe site is excellant and every thing else. but there is one problem, the delivery does not match up to your standards. I don't like to moan but the last package was damaged and one of the packets was crumpled, I checked the cartridge and that was ok. They also do not deliver to your door but leave it in a foyay which is not safe in the block of flats where I live. Next time I will make sure I take photo of the place where left and if its damaged.”

“Products are easy to order on the internet and are quickly delivered. My only gripe is that you charge for delivery (upto a certain price for the goods). As a retired user, my requirements are now very small and I have to wait to buy a full set of cartriges in order to obtain free delivery. As a result, the price is competitive for my requirements but would not be competitive with John Lewis, Amazon, etc if I had to pay for delivery.”

“The company's equivalent to my HP 305 multipack is good quality and lasting , the only drawback is that my HP printer no longer shows my ink levels. But always having a spare pack in the drawer eliminates the risk of unexpectedly running dry . Service is good , but delivery has its challenges with the use of Evri . I've taken to having my orders delivered to a garage for pickup , but even then they couldn't meet the delivery date they originally quoted for my recent order .”

“Convenient way to find your printer details and find the correct cartridges if you’ve forgotten what you’re using. Quick delivery and securely packaged. Only criticism is that accessing the cartridges through my browser to Cartridge People I found a slightly better price than going directly to their website.”

“Cartridge People offer fair prices. I recently ordered some branded cartridges but then received a call trying to sell me their own product instead. Whilst it might be cheaper, I ordered the branded product for a reason so didn't appreciate the cold sales call. Otherwise good service”

“Good price for item- oem HP toner. Slightly annoying that the sale was held up by the attempt to contact me for an upsell/sidesell Didn't actually manage to speak to anyone after phoning back - "please leave a message as we are busy... " !! Also replied to email that was sent. Toner was shipped & arrived just in time for when I needed it. Without the sales message would have been a great experience, but that took the shine off it 🤷‍♂️”

“Ink okay but too much red in colour cartridge compared to HP305 genuine ink,faces are far too red and not acceptable black ink okay but neither cartridge shows amount left so a bit hit and miss when doing a lot of photo printing,I am a retired professional photographer and have printed thousands of images since early 1970’s so have good knowledge from film printing to current digital printing”
