“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“I’ve happily used own brand inks from Cartridge People for a long time. Recently one cartridge failed and Melanie was very helpful in suggesting possible solutions. Unfortunately they didn’t work & a new cartridge was sent out and received by lunch the following day. Very happy.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. There was a problem with the original cartridges and Simon H organised replacement ones to be sent out immediately - along with some teabags as a little extra which was a lovely gesture! Service, delivery and people all very helpful and friendly.”

“Our order was dispatched very quickly. Unfortunately the courier (Evri) didn't deliver and did not update the tracking information. Chris at CP responded to my emails almost instantly and has organised for a replacement to be sent out via a different courier. Very helpful, very friendly.”

“I had made a mistake when ordering the cartridges for my NEW Canon Pixma printer for £35. I never wanted a full refund or even a replacement. All I sought was a gesture of goodwill on your part of say a £10 discount on the next order. Had your 'Customer Service' agreed to this request, I am sure I would have been a repeat customer. It seems your company operates on the principle that human beings do not/cannot make mistakes, especially when ordering a new model cartridge. It is a pity, that for a mere £10 you have lost a valuable customer. Mike”
