“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“I dealt with Sam on the Phone who dealt with my issue, he was very proffessional as I had purchased the Cartridge Peoples own set of inks as I had previously used HP in my printer, when I came to install it the printer would not accept it and I called Sam who worked me through he issue and we found my printer was not able to take anything but HP brand, so Sam gave me a refund so I could purchase another HP set which I did and Sam made the process easy. I would recommend this company hands down for their great handling of my problem.”

“I ordered a set of 8 cartridges for my printer but only 5 arrived so I emailed back with a photo asking if there was another package to come. I was told that there wasn't and it was an error in the warehouse. Rachel and Phil got on to it straight away and I received the missing 3 cartridges the next day.”

“This is a fantastic company for all printing needs and I have used them for a long time. Print cartridges are competitively priced and the service is excellent with fast delivery, and excellent customer service where emails are answered very promptly. I have an HP printer which wasn't accepting own brand cartridges, but I couldn't figure out why and Alison was able to help me through compatibility issues and where to look to get the information. As the cartridges were not suitable, she arranged for me to have a refund and it was credited to my account within a couple of hours so I can order HP cartridges. I can highly recommend Cartridge People and I wouldn't use another company.”

“Rachel was very helpful. I only received half my order (the packaging was damaged which was probably more an Evri problem) and when I mentioned the issue, Rachel quickly resolved it and organized a replacement. My only issue moving forward is the choice of courier and will have to consider paying extra to avoid using Evri.”
