“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“My journey with Cartridge people started with a printer which arrived with internal flaws which put down to delivery damage. I got in touch with Cartridge People and started Liaising with Viki who sorted out my problem and getting me a replacement so I am very grateful to her and I should be problem free in a couple of days so a big thank you Vicky from a grateful old man.”

“I had a small issue with my parcel being lost by DPD and submitted a query about it. A few hours later, I was contacted by Sam, who personally called DPD to investigate. He wasn’t satisfied when they advised it could take up to five working days to locate the parcel. Sam called me back to let me know he had already re‑sent my items via express delivery and would handle everything with DPD, including the return of the missing parcel to Cartridge People. Really great customer service from Sam — thank you!”

“Good value compatible products, im a repeat customer. This time i had an issue when i installed a new cartridge, so i dropped an email to customer service. Helpful reply from Wiki gave good advice and had me sorted within a day.”
