“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“I had a printer compatible problem with my hp desk jet 2800e. In that the printer did not recognise the replacement cartridges. After discussing the problem with Gemma I realised that I had ordered both hp cartridges and cartridge people. You cannot mix brands. Gemma kindly refunded and ordered new black compatible cartridge. Thanks.”

“Excellent response and feedback when I made contact regarding a brother p touch label printer the sample tape included would not print properly, Lindsey reviewed our photos and videos and sent us a replacement cartridge to try, enabling us to know it was not the machine.
