“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“Liam and Melanie were very helpful in sorting the problem with my printer when I fitted new cartridges. They rapidly sent me a replacement black inkjet which solved the problem. Best place for replacement cartridges. Great service. Many thanks”

“I'm so happy with this company. I ordered some ink and hoped to receive it quickly. Despite the delivery company saying it had arrived I didn't receive my parcel. I contacted them and within 2 days I had another parcel delivered. When my original parcel finally arrived I contacted Cartridge People again and spoke to a lovely lady called Gemma who was able to send me an invoice for the second parcel with a 10% discount. I would thoroughly recommend them for speed of delivery and resolving of problems.”

“I phoned A reply knew what I wanted. I ordered. I paid using a debit card. Caroline was very helpful and confirmed that the name and number I was asking for was correct. Busines like and at the same time very pleasant to talk to. The cartridges arrived. Thank you.”

“I started an order but could use my discount I had been emailed. I came off he site and the following day a lovely man from your company phoned and helped to complete the order. Th only negatives were it took 4 days for delivery and then they delivered to the wrong address even though right address was on parcel.”

“I’ve happily used own brand inks from Cartridge People for a long time. Recently one cartridge failed and Melanie was very helpful in suggesting possible solutions. Unfortunately they didn’t work & a new cartridge was sent out and received by lunch the following day. Very happy.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. There was a problem with the original cartridges and Simon H organised replacement ones to be sent out immediately - along with some teabags as a little extra which was a lovely gesture! Service, delivery and people all very helpful and friendly.”

“Our order was dispatched very quickly. Unfortunately the courier (Evri) didn't deliver and did not update the tracking information. Chris at CP responded to my emails almost instantly and has organised for a replacement to be sent out via a different courier. Very helpful, very friendly.”
