“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“My order was lost by the delivery company. I rang customer services and spoke to a Chris , a wonderfully polite, kind and helpful gentleman who immediately put my mind at ease by ascertaining that my parcel was lost in transit and by re-ordering the missing items on my behalf and arranging re-delivery the next day with a different courier.He explained every step of the process and that Cartridge People would bear the cost of this non- delivery. Chris is a joy to deal with and a great asset as a representative of the business . Thank you , Chris, for making a stressful process very easy.”

“I was having problems with the magenta cartridge in my Brother printer. By a process of elimination, Phil was able to diagnose a potential solution. When this failed he arranged for a replacement cartridge to be sent to me under their warranty. It arrived the next day and the printer is now working. Five star service all round.”

“Brilliant customer service as always. There has been an issue with one of my orders not being delivered by the courier - to which I have been dealing with Gemma who has kindly sorted the issue & replaced my order. I always order all things printers through Cartridge People & I cannot recommend them & personally Gemma enough!”

“Big shout out to Chris in customer services. We've never had a problem with items or delivery before, but somehow the courier managed to deliver our item today to a location that was nowhere near us. I contacted customer services and Chris was most helpful in locating and emailing Google map images of where the item luckily still was.”

“there was a problem with my order and the parcel had arrived not in the original packaging but appeared to have been re packed by the carrier with items missing. My enquiry was dealt with most efficiently by Chris who sorted this out and arranged for my cartridges to be re-ordered and sent without delay. He was polite and unhurried and listened to what I had to say and was able to sort things out to my complete satisfaction.”

“Unusually I had two faulty HP cartridges from Cartridge People which printed different incorrect colours. I telephoned Cartridge People and spoke to Alison who was very helpful and said as two cartridges were showing different faults, it might be a printer issue. However, she agreed to send me one replacement cartridge to check this out and if this solved the problem, said I should ring back and they would send a replacement for my second cartridge. The first replacement cartridge arrived the following day and solved the colour issue, so I phoned again and this time spoke to Lucy, who said as the new cartridge was working correctly she would send me a replacement for my second cartridge. Any product can have issues, but it is great when a company's representatives are so helpful and solve their customer's problem so quickly. This is the only issue I have had with Cartridge People products over several years. My Cartridge People own brand cartridges work fine and last much longer than the high volume genuine HP ones. I thoroughly recommend Cartridge People for your printer supplies, including printing paper.”
