“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“Caroline from Customer Services was very helpful in dealing with my error in ordering the wrong toner cartridges. She was understanding and gave me practical advice on how to return the goods and obtain as much of a refund as possible under the circumstances. Certainly excellent customer service, which will encourage me to use Cartridge People as my supplier of choice. Thank you.”

“Our order was sent in good time and delivered when we were told it would be and in good condition (with the delivery box undamaged). The delivery person even rang the bell and handed the parcel to me, which seems rare these days, so well done all round.”

“I usually use Cartridge People when ordering supplies for our Kyocera's. Last time Evri messed up the delivery notifications, Chris helped us put this right, and finally Evri delivered the toner cartridges. Well done.”

“I experienced printer problems when my printer couldn't detect replacement ink cartridges I put in. Alison quickly identified the potential reason for this and talked me through options to pinpoint the exact problem. Her help and patience was invaluable. The fault was partly down to me downloading a printer software update which the old ink cartridges I'd had for sometime where no longer compatible with. She despatched a new cartridge for one that was still within their 3 year warranty and I bought a replacement for one that was even older. They arrived the next working day. Once installed, the printer sprung to life proving Alison's diagnosis to be correct. Excellent customer service.”

“I had a unusual fault with my ink cartridges and rang Catridge People. Alison was very helpful. She emailed a list of fault fixing for my cartridge, which I shall keep for future reference. Unfortunately the fixes didn't work. Alison was very good and is replacing them immediately. Thank you Alison.”

“Andrew wasted no time in sending me a replacement toner cartridge for my Samsung 2070 printer. The own brand one I was using was leaking ink and not printing cleanly. Within a couple of days of emailing Andrew I received a replacement which is printing perfectly !”

“Had a problem with an incorrect cartridge order. Louise of the customer service team helped me to resolve quickly and efficiently.
