“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“There was a communicated delay on my initial order and then the order appeared to have stalled. I called ( no queue and answered quickly ) and spoke to Marianne who was very polite ,professional and helpful . The replacement delivery was shipped with the 2 day DPD service and arrived within 2 days. I am giving a 5 Star rating based on Marianne,s help in resolving the issue as I accept that " things can go wrong " . Thank you Marianne”

“I received the most amazing customer service from Alison recently. I mistakenly ordered compatible cartridges for my HP printer which wouldn't work. Alison's knowledge of HP+ is absolutely outstanding and I was offered a full refund despite it being my error. Thanks to all the help I was given, I now know what to order and will always use Cartridge People going forward; to find this level of customer service today is a rare thing indeed.”

“I recently had an issue with a toner cartridge from Cartridge People, and their response was outstanding. They resolved the problem within minutes. In particular, a team member named Caroline quickly identified the issue and sorted everything out with impressive efficiency. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone — there’s a reason they have a 96% customer rating.”
