“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“My parcel unfortunately was delivered to the wrong address, I phoned up and had an answer straight away without any delay. Aden was extremely helpful and understanding on the phone. Spent time tracking where my parcel had been delivered and made sure that I was happy to try to locate the parcel from his information. Told me if I had any issues to ring straight back to resolve the issue. Thankfully with the help from Aden I was able to ring around the close businesses and located my delivery. I understand that you as a company have no control over the couriers actions, but as a recommendation I would use couriers who are easy to contact or who check with the people they are delivering to that they have the correct person before leaving the package. I tried to contact DPD themselves on the day, I was unable to find a contact number which if this was possible could of been rectified the same day. Thank you again for your help and quick response to the situation.”

“Ordered their own brand hp304xl printer ink cartridges ( much better value than hp’s own) but unfortunately had an issue with the tri-colour on loading although the black was fine. Got on the phone and spoke with Sam who was just brilliant. Took me through a couple of tests and determined that the cartridge itself mainly be faulty. Without hesitation he arranged for a replacement to be sent which arrived via DPD the next day along with half a dozen Yorkshire Tea bags. New cartridge works just fine and have returned the dud, along with my own empty ones, in their free postage recycling bag. That is what I call customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and I will certainly use them again. Thank you Sam - Top Man.”

“There was a problem today caused by my change of credit card and also the fact that an old email address was no longer valid. The problem was compounded by the fact I was anxious to use a credit balance at Cartridge People ("CP"). I rang to seek help and got through immediately to Gemma who could not have been more patient, understanding and helpful. She is an enormous credit to your company and i cannot thank her, and praise her, enough. I do thoroughly recommend CP as the best supplier of any service which i use and hope that Gemma's talents and customer skills are fully recognised by the company.”

“What a lovely company to deal with. Gemma was especially kind and understanding how to smoothly rectify my wrongly purchased order. She sorted out all of the return processes and them putting place the correct replacement order on Next Day delivery. With a with full return credit refunded within 10 days from my incorrect order being placed. Thanks..”

“Package delivered, intact and well packaged. Price is good to start with and excellent with the October 13 discount. I made a mistake when ordering and forgot to include the discount code but on contacting the operative they sorted this blunder in seconds and credited my account with the price difference for future use. I am very happy with the quality of the provided inks compared to the canon originals and will monitor their stability in being hung in sunny positions for later assessment.”
