“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“I contacted Cartridge People earlier today informing them I had not received my order. Shortly after I received a call from Sam, who dealt with my problem straight away. He was pleasant and efficient & I now look forward to receiving my order on Wednesday. Thank you Sam”

“Great customer service from the team, when I called to order for my Canon Pixma. My printer has never worked with non-Canon cartridges but Kelly assured me that theirs do work and will also last 22% longer than the Canon product. Also theirs is less expensive, which is an added bonus. The only issue wasn't the company's fault but the delivery took 5 days because of being sent to IOM, and the package being left in UK - nothing new in this. I always say that things get to the International Space Station in half the time anything takes to get to Fraggle Rock. Will use in the future.”

“Alison at Cartridge People has been very helpful. She has organised for a free replacement cartridge to be sent out to try and resolve an issue with my Brother printer not recognising the yellow ink cartridge. Hopefully this solves the issue but she has reassured me they will be available to help if not. 5 star service from a reliable company!”

“I’m writing this review as I have to say the cartridge people have been excellent, I had a problem and they were understanding and quick to resolve the problem. The staff I spoke too were friendly helpful and courteous. I would recommend this company and will be purchasing all my cartridges in the future from them.”
