This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.

I have dealt with 3 people recently and found everyone to be courteous and helpful, yesterday it was Sam and he has resolved an issue which was of my making. In all it was a very quick efficient service and I will look forward to dealing with your company again

Initially had an issue getting cartridge company's oun brand to work, however on contacting Hannah Customer service we were soon printing following there advice with a few simple steps

I ordered 4 ink cartridges on a Friday. They arrived on Saturday. Unfortunately the package was open on arrival and only two of the cartridges were present. I refused delivery and sent an email to Cartridge People asking what I could do about it. I received a phone call at lunch time on Monday. A new delivery was arranged and it arrived before 09:00 on Tuesday. Things go wrong but to correct the problem so quickly is commendable. Great customer service.

I ordered a set of 4 toners for my Samsung printer back at the start of the year. I finally needed to replace the black toner, which I did and found I couldnt get the printer to acknowledge the new toner. I contacted customer services and recieved a replacement unit within 2 Days. The service was second to none. Well done

I have been a Cartridge People customer for many years, due entirely to the quality of the cartridges (amongst other things) and the service they have supplied to me over many years. Today, I had a problem with my HP printer spitting out spurious messages about catrtridge compatibility and continuous ink supplies. My email seeking help was responded to by a call from Sam within the hour, who patiently walked me through all that needed to be achieved to get me out of the proverbial HP hole. His patience and support was outstanding. This level of support and customer service is all too rare in the modern world, and it deserves both recognition and appreciation for the customer-focused philosophy that runs through its business and engendered in members of the team. Well done and thank you to Sam and the Cartridge People team.

I had ordered 2 HP xl cartridges and then received a call offering 3 own brand cartridges instead as they would contain more ink. The products were delivered promptly and were well packaged. I did have an issue installing the cartridges as I hadn’t realised there were two seal strips that needed removing, when I contacted customer services they were helpful and gave me lots of things to try to resolve the issue, one being to check that there was no seal tape left, so with their help the issue was resolved. Again, all their communications were prompt and helpful. Included in the package were two returns envelopes for returning used cartridges.

I ordered the incorrect cartridges for my printer. I emailed to ask about returning these. My email was pick up my the lovey customer service lady called Alison. She told me what to do and was very informative. I sent a picture of the parcel so they could see that it was posted. I have received a email, telling me that they had received it. I was then send a email confirming a full refund. It was credited back to my original payment method with a day. Thank you Alison for all your help. Kind regards Christine

Both Mandy Horton and Siobhan were great - firstly, Mandy gave me very helpful information to justify changing over from a Xerox to a own-brand waste toner, which I did and so far so good - secondly, Siobhan was really efficient in providing the equivalent details to that of an invoice for my "back-up paperwork" for the original expense that came through on our expense system. VERY happy with the service I received!

Received excellent service from Sam he was very patient and informative with me. I eventually found that it was ‘operator error’ I had managed to replace new hp cartridge with the old one and wrapped new one to send back. Well done Sam and many apologies (I hope I won’t do that again) Thank you

Evri were slow with their delivery, so I was worried that I had been scammed especially when a scammer is sending emails purporting to be from Evri! Thank you for your quick service and the real Evri delivery chap was charming
