“This company is a gem of a find I have used them for several years now and have always had excellent customer service often with next day delivery. Their own brand HP XL cartridges are higher quantity ink which last longer than snaller quantity original HP with lower quantities so overall saves ££££££s. Cartridge People own brand cartridges have worked for me and I have had no problem. [ if ever there was a problem they guarantee to sort it so you can buy with confidence] overall a 5 star company highly reccommended excellent shopping experience from start to finish. I dont bother going anywhere else Cartridge People are my number 1.”

“Excellent service Prompt delivery Customer service responsive and helpful. Lindsay provided easy to understand advice and replied to emails very quickly, sometimes immediately but always on the same day I stopped using hp instant ink about 6 months ago as it wasn't a good financial option for me and since then have had issues with my printer not accepting non hp products or even reconditioned hp products. After a few teething issues and great help from Lindsay, the Cartridge People cartridges are working perfectly I shall be using Carrridge People going forward and would recommend to everyone.”

“The cartridges I ordered were exactly what I wanted, and were a very reasonable price. However, I won't be ordering again because of the delivery company. The cartridges were supposed to be delivered by Evri, and they were, but not to us. They were left on a doorstep a street away, even though our address was clear and correct on the envelope. We were so fortunate that they were delivered to someone honest, and the old lady on whose doorstep they were left made the effort to come round to deliver them to us. Shocking service by the delivery company.”

“Having always used HP ink cartridges I was above anxious after I was persuaded to buy from Cartridge People even though I had the £17 difference in cost refunded into my bank account . It took me 3 days to pluck up courage to instal the cartridge and I failed to read the very clear instructions properly. After getting in a muddle I rang Cartridge People and spoke to Liam who was kindness itself and took me through the last installation steps. All seemed well but because I had mistakenly started to remove the strip from the contact face the printing results became unstable. I rang Cartridge People again and confessed to Lindsay that I feared I'd damaged the cartridge. Again I was treated with the utmost kindness and reassurance and a replacement cartridge promised. It arrived the next day complete with an apology and a lovely little tea-bag gift (even though the problem was caused by me.) I installed the cartridge without a problem. I can't believe that companies like this still exist! The phone was answered immediately, both Liam and Lindsay were so kind and not in the least patronising and the Evri deliveries couldn't be faulted. In my 82 years I haven't often come across such efficient service - I'm going to sit down with a cup of tea and let my printer do its stuff! What a lucky find!”
