I experienced multiiple difficulties in receiving my order advisors were quick to blame the courier firm for my issues all in all the order took two weeks to arrive and 8 phone calls i wont be using your company again

I ordered a branded printer cartridge from this company because previously their own brand had not worked in my Brother printer. I was then rung up, reassured that because of a software change, their own brand would definately now work and was persauded to change my order. Unfortunely the new cartridge is not recognised by my printer. This is an infuriating waste of time and I feel an idiot for trusting this company.

In the email you described this as a survey. It's not. It's a shady attempt to get reviews. Very misleading and unprofessional. Hence the 1 star. Pity. It's an otherwise excellent service. I'll not be using Cartridge People again.

The communication from your staff was pretty good. However your assertion that they would be suitable for my Printer was and is totally incorrect. If you showed both sides of the Cassette, I could have compared with the one currently in use, instead my time was wasted, as was your staff. The cassettes had to be returned, I have not received any notification of a refund.

This is perhaps the worst customer service in my living memory. I ordered two ink cartridges (B&W and Colour) for my Canon Pixma printer (TR4551). The recommended ink cartridges for this model is PG-545, CL-546. Any sane person would check these numbers on the empty cartridges before ordering the new ones. I did the same and was trying to buy Canon branded cartridges from you. Just before the check out I was automatically offered Cartridge People own label (Compatible Canon PG-540XL/CL-541XL High Capacity 2 Ink Cartridge Multipack - 5222B012, Cartridge People) as a cheaper alternative saying that it is compatible with PG-545 and CL-546. I didn't look any further as it was a straight recommendation from you and ordered your own label, happy in my mind that I have saved a few quids. The cartridges didn't fit. I tried the black ink cartridge. When I called up your customer service, your colleague kept on insisting that I must have typed in PG-540 and CL-541 to have received the automated alternative recommendation from your website. This is impossible cause I had the empty cartridges in my hand when ordering and very carefully ordered the cartridge numbers that's written on them. Now, I have been told that I'll have to bear loss for the opened black cartridge. I feel being cheated; I trusted your automated recommendation. This is the last time I'm buying from you. Apologies, I got carried away by your reassuring TV advert. I'm a small customer and me leaving you won't impact you much I'm sure. However, I feel sorry for many others who will trust you the same way I did.

If I had received my ink I would more inclined to upgrade the service you provide. As of today there is no sin of the ink I ordered 10 days ago.

Their Cartridge People Ink Cartridge cartridges did not work. Impossible to print anything. Very disappointed. I’ve sent them an email and am awaiting for their reply.

I provided my phone number and email address (bother were needed in order to complete the order). I opted out of marketing communications. Within hours of me sending hte order they phoned me 3 times and emailed me once trying to sell further goods that i didn't want. They then about a week later sent me a marketing email to review their products. AVOID THESE PEOPLE. They do not respect your privacy.

Ordered and paid for genuuine HP364 multipack but received alternative ' compatible ' cartridges . Had problems installing. Hence will not be recommending you to friends and family.

Good morning, Thank you for your review. I have removed you from our mailers, this can take up to 48hrs. You can opt down/reduce the amount of emails you receive in your account - you can do this by logging into your account and clicking on Manage Marketing Preferences. Then opt down to the following options for marketing emails - weekly, fortnightly, monthly, every 3 months. You can also do this by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the bottom of any marketing emails that you receive. Should you require any further support please feel free to contact us. This was my first transaction with Cartridge People and had a problem with my order which the sales team altered to try to save me money. However the toner supplied would not work in my printer . I contacted the customer services team and was sent the correct one immediately with easy return instructions for the original toner supplied. I was really impressed with the standard of service from Joshua and Siobhan and would not hesitate to recommend them

Bad ! The cartridges I bought were not compatible with my printer ! I can’t print at all! My printer kept saying that ink was rejected coz it detected the counterfeit ink or cartridges! Actually I bought th original at the very beginning, after I paid , half an hour later I received a call from the sales person saying that their own cartridge even worth to buy with the same price but can print double the pages, even she guaranteed that their own brand will work properly with my hp printer, however its not!! I would like to have a refund or replacement of the original cartridges to me!! Thank you! By the way, here I sent you a picture as a proof of the error message !!

This was absolutely dreadful service and there has already been a full report and you reimbursed the amount I paid for quick delivery which did not happen I am not impressed that you seem to have no rectod of this event sbut will not be using the company again.

When I entered an order for my usual HP inks, I was called with an offer 'too good to miss' ! If I bought their own brand I would get 18 months guaranteed usaGE, rather than the usual 12 months that I always get. Like an idiot I went for it. The ink has now stopped after less than 6 months and I am getting the run around from the Cartridge people for a replacement/refund!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. If they can lie to me, a pensioner, they can lie to anyone else also. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF BY THESE NEW OWNERS OF THIS SITE!

The ordering was fine, however, I had a message from the Post Office they had been delivered, but they hadn't! Three times I completed the PO request as to what I thought of their service and said I hadn't received the items. I had no reply so visited our local P.O. They gave me a number to call. However, I again looked at the details they sent and realised YOU had put David Bedford at 20 Rudheath Avenue had made the payment. However the delivery address was given as David Bedford at 29 Rudheath Avenue!!!! I checked with 29 and, yes they had been delivered to 29!!!! So the fault was WITH YOU. I had rung your office and the lady had given possible reasons they had not been delivered. None were correct!! After collecting them I rang again and I didn't get an apology, just a "glad you have been able to collect them", so something like that! I put the telepone down before I said something I would regret!! I will continue to order from you as in the past you have been OK, but thought you needed to know I was F A R from happy on this occasion! I see you put "Submit as Davd B." Well, I hope you will answer to David Bedford!

Their so called own brand compatible cartridges for my HP 6032 printer did not work at all, even after retrying swapping back and forth with old cartridges etc. So I wasted £39.51 on the purchase plus time and frustration trying to get them to work. Ordering and delivery was fine. I have used them again today but for buying HP branded cartridges. But on this previous purchase and waste of my money no more than 1 star is deserved. I would give 0 if this were an option.

I was disappointed to learn that I could not monitor the cartridge use , also you cannot monitor the number of pages printed. I purchased the high capacity Toner The cartridges were supposed to last up 3 years based on my usage. However after year the Magenta and Cyan cartridges started to leak. However Cartridge People did replace these FOC which is a positive. In summary though I would not buy again despite the significant saving you get over the OEM HP cartridges. I wish they were truly compatible giving you all the information that HP do. I suspect the cartridge build itself is inferior to HP. The whole printer cartridge sector is a rip off.

The toners you are using use wiped chips so therefore can not read the toner levels. The toner itself should work the same as the original apart from this.
