Very poor service as they have changed there Delivery people. They were always First Class and the goods came with in 36hours sometimes the same day Now a joke as I waited 6 days for the Ink and in the end called Amazon, for which I am not a fan as will put the shops out of Buisness in time But called them at 10am ON SUNDAY and it was delivered the same day at 7pm. I and yes it was cheaper

I admit that I ordered the wrong cartridges, but with them still in there packaging apparently I cannot return them & get a refund as I ordered the wrong one's even when I'm trying to reorder the right one's through this company. I'm not sure how they can class the emails they have sent me as Customer Service as they just send a link to the T&C's on the website. Wouldn't use them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

I was persuaded to purchase your own brand catridges for my Epson XP - 4200 printer, against my better jusdgement. I had bought them before and they had ruined my printer. Nevertheless, I purchashed them with the reassurance that they would not harm my printe, and you would replace my printer if they did. Today, two of the inks ran out on my printer,and I replaced them with your own brand ones, my printer gave out a message that I had not replaced with genuine Epson cartridges, but I went ahead to print a document. My printer made an awful noise and when I looked inside it, something had snapped off. It was working perfectly well before I inserted the own brand cartridges, so I hope that you are going to take responsibility for breaking my printer and please replace it with the same printer. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing any more of your own brand cartridges, and will stick to the genuine Epson ons.

Give customer service the correct device when looking to buy ink cartridges, I was told they had the correct cartridges, I purchased them along with other items that were forced upon me through pressure sell… turns out the cartridges were NOT for my machine. Items returned and 10days of waiting for a full refund. Upon calling to complain I was told that the customer service staff member who took my call was being put on “training”

Absolute pants customer service, delivered my parcel to a drop off shop a mile away and would not get a second attempt delivery (I was in and doubt the first one even happened - no proof provided). There customer services basically said 'tough mate, get walking'. I will 100% not be using them again, not because just because I had to do a 2 mile round trip to pick up my parcel, but because of their absoultely rubbish attitude to helping me resolve. They promiss 100% customer satisfaction I beleive, what a farce!

Good Morning, Thank you for your review. I have looked into your complaint, and I am sorry to hear your order was not delivered to your property. DPD as a courier, will only attempt delivery at the given address once, the order is then diverted to a collection shop for customers to collect when suitable. As explained by the agent, the reason DPD do this is if a customer is in desperate need for the order, they can, they still get it that day. If DPD were to take it away, they would not reattempt until the next day, and for some people this is too late. From the tracking, the driver has provided an image of the property at the correct GPS. This will be available to yourself through the tracking number DPD and ourselves email you after dispatch. When DPD emailed to say it was out for delivery, you could have selected a safe place or alternate delivery day. However, once the delivery has been attempted, these options are taken away. The agent advised we were able to get the order back and refund you, but unfortunately we could not resend as DPD have attempted delivery and followed procedure correctly. Kind regards, Emma

I have never had a problem with Cartridge People, their own brand products work excellently and price is welcome compared with inflated original alternatives. I did have a problem with Evri who let everyone down. I spoke to Chris who was very helpful and prompt resolving the issue. Well done and thank you CP for providing an excellent service. And well done again to Chris.

Delivery never arrived and they expect you to hunt your neighbourhood looking for it - I had high hopes when the cartridges were dispatched the day after I ordered but then I got an email from their courier that the delivery was delayed. Then nothing. Cartridge People ask you to wait 5 working days before contacting them about a delayed delivery and to check around your property to see if it has been left by the courier. When I called them to follow up on my missing order their automated messages also advises you to go round your neighbours to see if they have your delivery. I seriously think they need to use a better reliable delivery company. After speaking to their customer services they advised my delivery was lost in transit and would I like to reorder. No. I order online for speed and convenience because I am low on ink and need new cartridges. I do not want to wait a week and to have to hunt for my parcel because they use terrible couriers. Refund requested and I will shop elsewhere.

Ordered the ink on the 6 July and it was dispatched on 9 July. Sent by Evri. It is now 21 July and still no cartridges. Lost by Evri. If you continue to use Evri then I will not be buying from you in future. Evri cannot complete even a simple delivery to this area - we have had 4 parcels lost recently and in fact have not receivedany of the parcels that should have been delivered in the last 4 months. GET A DECENT COURIER.

I have bought cartridges from Cartridge People for some years. It was therefore a shock when I put the last two cartridges into the printer (Canon) and the message came up that they were empty. I am now being them from elsewhere.

Ordered canon ink cartridges, and got a call from a very pushy salesperson trying to get me to change my order to their own brand cartridges. I find this very annoying and unprofessional. Will never order from them again.

I have checked the tracking, there has been a delay caused because the label on the parcel had to be re-printed. Delivery should be attempted within the next 24 hours. Most deliveries do arrive between 1–3 days. However, we ask that you please allow 5 working days for delivery. If the order has not arrived after 5 working days Saturday 19th July, please let us know. The cartridge I ordered was never delivered. The Cartridge People use EVri whom I find poor. I really wanted the Cartridge People to send me the cartridge using a different courier, but they were not prepared to do so. They did give me a refund. I was able to get the cartridge i wanted from another supplier and it was delivered very quickly.

I object to being rung up and persuaded to change my order to own brand ink. Asked once is OK. But 4 5 or 6 times? Redoculous. The first time I said no should have ended the conversation. Won't be using again.
