Got hassled on the phone by a very persistent saleswoman trying to sell me something I didn’t want. What was delivered was not what I ordered. Shan’t be using you again.

My cartridge eventually arrived. Initially got a picture from Evri saying it was delivered. Wrong house.i messaged Evri & the cartridge people & never got a reply except to ask for reviews. My parcel inexplicably appeared on my doorstep the next day. Why do you use Evri … they are unreliable !!

The cartridges may be ok but the delivery is very poor. I had to contact yourselves to re-send the catrdiges as they disappeared on the first attempt. EVRI are a shocking delivery service in my area and I will look to a different supplier next time. Sorry

They keep sending emails to me despite requesting for them to unsubscribe me many times. Only use them if you want your inbox to be filled with junk.

I ordered some HP branded cartridges and within minutes I was called by Lotty at Cartridge People to ask me to change my order to their own brand ones. I said I did not want to change. My answer was not accepted and I felt bullied by the caller who repeatedly asked me to change my order. I had to call her out for being so rude and unprofessional and said I would cancel my order if she would not stop harassing me. I left the call feeling very upset. Seriously considering cancelling my order. Very unhappy.

You my cartridges to an address not on my account but charged me £73.34 and refused to resend or refund me because you confirmed that it was delivered. Unfortunately not to my actual address to which you had previously made a similar delivery. Let’s be clear I have paid in full but not received the cartridges due to your error.

Don't get me wrong, the ordering and delivery is all good. The reason I gave 1 star is because every time I order something, they always call to try to get me to change my order to a compatible part. I can't miss the fact that they try to push the compatible part on the website, but I made my choice for the original part. I then get a call pushing the compatible and when I say no they try to hard sell me the part. What do they not understand about buying from the internet? We buy then move on. If I wanted the hard sell I would walk to the shops.

Any online purchase is only as good as the logistics company who delivers the product. Unfortunately my most recent experience of repeated non delivery means that, notwithstanding a refund, I would never use again. There are still physical shops hanging on - will be using them in future. If we do not use the shops then we will be forced on line in future with all the vaguaries of delivery or non delivery!

Good Afternoon, I am sorry you had issues with DPD delivering your order. There was an issue with DPD collecting one day due to a problem with their system. We did contact customers regarding this issue. Then the order failed delivery the next day. As requested, we then cancelled and refunded your delivery. The buying process hung after trying to authenicate me. I managed to find your number to call and Louise answered my call. She was most helpful and knew what I needed. She guided me through the authentication again and took my card details. The order was successfully placed - so good to be able to talk to someone when the technology hangs like that. The goods met my objectives and was the lowest price which is what I needed. However, I purchased the goods on the 16/9 and so I was expecting a call from your business to discuss with me the Cartridge People's own brand cartridge instead of the HP versions I purchased. During the call, I explained that I did change from the HP to own brand with a previous purchase based on the representatives recommendation and the representative was pleasant and polite during this previous purchase. However, the Cartridge People own brand cartridges did not work well in my HP printer previously. My printer said from the start that the cartridges were low and needed replacing (so I never knew when I actually need to replace the cartridges) and the print quality was not quite right (this was from the previous purchase). However, on this call your customer services representative virtually shouted at me and said 'why didn't I call you and tell them about it' 'we had other companies call us this issue and it's now resolved' 'it was an issue with the chip in the cartridge'. The representative was rude, even when I was polite in saying thank you for your call but I'd prefer to stick with the HP cartridges and at the end of the call and I said goodbye the representative just hung up abruptly without even saying goodbye or thank you for the HP purchase. I will now in future, use another supplier for my cartridges and accept that whilst I will pay a little more, I will be treated with respect.

The contact with you by our Customer Advisor should have been to check that all your details were correct before release and that you were aware of the full range available to you and see if it was possible to save you money by offering our own branded product if suitable.
