First brought complete set Cartridge People own in for my Epson printer and only installed magenta ink and did a print that resulted in print having to much magenta. Made a new order with Epson ink and after called customer service. Person was polite and sent a scanned copy of my print and they would call me back. Still haven’t called back. As I wanted compensation for unused ink. The new order with Epson Ink arrived replaced the magenta with Epson not issue with print. Print result perfect. Still haven’t received the call. Attached two photos 1x cartridge people NOT OK and 1x Epson Ink Ok

Good morning, Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to hear about your disappointment with the delivery timing. The delivery service you selected is not a Next day service. You selected the Express Dispatch. This option will be offered at the checkout as an upgrade when available. With that service on a normal working day, we guarantee your order will be dispatched on the same day if you order before 5.30pm. This service uses multiple carriers such as Evri and DPD depending on size and weight restriction. 97% of orders arrive next working day, but please allow up to 2 working days for delivery. A massive let down. What’s the point of keen prices when you can’t get the product? I ordered ink a few times and it turned up and all was well. Then I ordered more ink and paper since I was going to run out. Placed the order on a Saturday night and was expecting it on the Tuesday as per their order confirmation. On Tuesday itself it didn’t arrive and I waited in for I’d had delivery firm confirmation it was coming. 10 minutes before scheduled delivery time I got a cancellation message saying I’d get it the next day. I called in and shared my unhappiness. The person said it was beyond their control and I’d only be able to wait and get a refund after the Friday. The parcel 📦 finally arrived on the Friday. That was too late, I’d had to buy paper locally and I would not use them ever again as a result. Any complaint should follow 3 steps, apologise, analyse, act. They did none of these 3 things. Just blamed the courier and left it at that.

Really cannot accept that a member of your team contacted me after I had placed an order and seemed intent on making me change the order from Epson to your own branded cartridges. When I refused she asked me a number of times to explain my decision why I would want to continue with my Epson order. I was made to feel very uncomfortable as I was asked to explain my decision. As a result I have vowed never to use your company again.

We buy our brother cartridges from them, great price and delivery but REALLY annoying that every time I place an order for the brother cartridges I get a phone call saying their own brand ones are cheaper and just as good. I think we’ll buy elsewhere from now on.

Aggressive telesales pushing their own brand alternatives, likely because they earn far bigger margins on these. At the end of the day, if you order a branded ink cartridge online you expect that to be delivered with minimal fuss. You do not expect a salesman to call you and pressure you into buying their own brand refills. Disappointing experience for me and unlikely I’ll choose them again.

Appaling service ordered twice and the goods never arrived. the Courier were delivered and the comments said we refused delivery, bit hard to refuse when its never been delivered.

I still await notification of a refund for the own brand cartridge which I returned after reading the warnings about the likelihood of it being unrecognised by my vintage printer

I ordered the wrong catridge and I accept that, however y u would not help in any way with an exchange. We did take it out of its wrapper, but even so. So I will never buy from you again

Good morning, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, on this occasion we are unable to take the product back. The time frame for us to be able to accept cartridge returns back from our customers is 30 days from date of purchase however, the product must also be sealed as per our T&C's: https://www.cartridgepeople.com/info/returns-policy The items must be sent back in an “as new” unused condition, complete with all accessories and in original packaging. Black ink cartridge would not work - no ink appeared. Online printer manual could not fix problem. I didn't try the colour cartridge. They weren't particulary cheap either. But they arrived quickly

Customer service is hopeless, I bought a printer off them and cartridges, after very little use it packed up but I had ink left, so bought another printer off them along with more ink, and that has just failed too. Their Fake ink is rubbish, their Tech support hopeless and their solution was give me a refund for some ink. Avoid, there are many other professional suppliers.

The same as, we can not guarantee that 100% of printers will work with compatible cartridges. All our products are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee, which is valid for three years from the time of purchase. Here’s a more polished and constructive version of your review that still conveys your concern clearly: --- The cartridges didn’t work, and I strongly advise others to be cautious. Unfortunately, once opened, they refused to offer a refund—even though the fault was on their end. Very disappointing experience.

Very good to deal with but let down by their carriers who had order for about 8 days before losing it. A refund was issued and I bought the cartridges at Asda. The carriers (Evri) are slow to perform in some parts of the Southwest and I have found them poor.

Wont be purchasing from again, zero help or support when I was sent the wrong ink colour, I was asked to return and cover the postage cost! Amazon works out cheaper and more helpful!
