I ordered a pack of 6 of the compatible cartridges gor Epson printer, ordering was great and received them quickly. I only tried the black out of the pack, my printer wouldn't recognise the cartridge, I emailed the company they told me to try a few things but nothing would work. I have recently returned the 5 unopened cartridges and waiting for a full refund.

It’s very frustrating that I place an order, and 5min after I get a call asking if I’d like to purchase the cartridge world brand cartridges instead! There is a reason why I purchase what I do. Stop trying to sell your own stuff!! I will start buying my cartridges elsewhere as it’s not the first time this happens

I did NOT have a bad experience with Cartridge People. Don't know where that came from. It was quite the reverse. You could not have been more helpful, Siobhan . You answered my query on the spot and kindly offered to take my order over the phone which was great, saving me time and bother. So thank you very much.

Printer could not read first cartridge second cartridge worked but was showing 1/2 full.I used the cartridge and it only printed 4 pages, then as I needed the prints quickly I split both cartridges and put the ink foams into the working cartridge which was a bit messy but I got my prints done

POOR - you know that searching Google will auto-direct and attach the WRONG printer cartridge. You said this to us on the phone. STILL, you are not accepting a return of the cartridge we received when we ordered via Google. SHAMEFUL

Good afternoon, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of the recent service you received. I do apologise it was to an unfavourable outcome. Search engines such as google, uses key terms to align your search criteria to the webpages, they can provide. We would always, ask that if you are unsure of which cartridge, you would require, to please give us a call and speak to our customer service team, who would be all too happy to assist. Our terms and conditions for returns do state that the packaging and inner seal/bag must be unopened so they are in a resalable condition, on this basis, we were unable to accept your return. The "compatible" cartridge turned out to be not so, despite assurances that it would be (my printer recognised it as an already used genuine HP one, unsurprisingly. I have yet to find a refill or compatible cartridge that has been accepted by my Deskjet 2050). The refund was, initially, only done so partially but after proving what they owed, I received the rest. Ironically, had they sent the genuine HP one, I would have rated 5 stars as it arrived quickly and was ridiculously cheap in comparison to the price at known electronics retailers.

THE COLOUR CARTRIDGE HAD EITHER NO RED OR WAS BLOCKED AND OTHER COLOURS HAD LEAKED. THE REPLACEMENT EVEN LABELED AS COLOUR TURNED OUT TO BE BLACK. SO GOT MONEY BACK.

Wouldn’t dispatch my online order until I accepted a phone call. Asked if I wanted she extra ink and paper as a Christmas gesture, didn’t make it clear they would be replacing my canon ink with their own. Refused to correct the order until they had listened to our phone calls to see who was wrong. Total joke

They keep badgering me to write reviews although I've already done two which slate them. I allege they don't respect your privacy rights and don't send you what you've ordered until they've misused your data to persuade you to buy their products rather than Epson originals.Which holds up them sending your order. I allege this breaches my rights under UK GDPR and is appalling conduct.

Hi I tried to install the own brand colour 305xl cartridge but it wouldn't register as refilling. My colleague went to the shop and bought a HP original colour cartridge and it shows on the printer display that the colour tank is full. I can return the colour cartridge for a refund.

Undetermined fault with ink cartridges where after using for a short while it stops with printer stops with message "cartridge not recognised ". If fault reoccurs then photo of message to be sent to Cartridge People for further investigation. In the meantime Siobhan has quickly sent new cartridge foc which is quite acceptable

I have received the ink cassette , despite the description on the box which says it fits my computer. The cassette does not re-align into the printer as the plastic sides are not straight enough to fit into the machine. We compared with the existing cassette and the mechanism on the outside does not align correctly. Please contact me. I either need a refund or a replacement Cassette. 07799 193247

I am quite very disappointed and unhappy with the customer service. I called them and discussed the problem i had been facing, the agent told me that she would get back to me. I received a suggested solution through email. Nothing happened and i kept calling and no one answered. Then i emailed for the return of the product and refund and no one contacted me until now.

I installed a new cartridge which didn’t work as it was empty. When I rang to complain the support person suggested it was a problem with my printer rather than the cartridge
