The new cartridge does not work in my printer

The ordering experience was great. The delivery was on time So why the bad review.... I'll explain. I ordered genuine ink from the website. An offer to swap the genuine ink that was ordered for a non branded cheaper alternative was given at checkout. I declined, because I wanted genuine ink For most people and websites that's enough to assume I know that I'm ordering something specific and it's what I want. I was then hounded all day (8 calls in total from 4 different 01270 numbers) by them to see i wanted to change to non genuine. On the calls I refused to pick up no message was left. Just more and more calls throughout the day. Will never ever use these people again. I KNOW I ORDERED GENUINE INK STOP HOUNDING YOUR CUSTOMERS

I ordered 2 cartridges , one tri colour and one black. Both were XL own brand but on changing the colour cartridge it failed to work. Customer service was caontacted and they recommended sending back the black cartridge (return label emailed to me). The colour one was disposed of being defective (also recommendd). I have proof of postage but so far I have not received a refund. I guess this is in process. I elected to order 2 HP cartridges instead. Best wishes Dr. Tom Davies

I have still not received my package. Never had an issue before but it seems Evri is the new third party delivery company being used and it is common knowledge that they are not the most reliable. It is on my to do list this week to chase. I believe I put this order in around 3 weeks ago. Terrible service but in your defence it more evri than yourselves.

Beware!! I placed an order for a laser printer and a cartridge. The cartridge arrived,...but NO printer!! The excuse was an "IT problem during the ordering process" - I asked for a full refund and I'm now waiting for that to happen, plus there's the inconvenience for my neighbour having to wait around for their courier to come and collect the cartridge, as I am about to go abroad on business (which is why I specifically needed the printer.) I'm definitely not impressed.

Having ordered a HP printer cartridge advertised that the packaging would be damaged but that the cartridge itself would be unaffected, I received the cartridge and the front of it was completely broken off. I contacted Cartridge People, describing the condition of the cartridge and informed them that the carrier had left it clamped in my letter box, as opposed to pushing it through. There was a photo of this on their delivery details. I said that I wanted a refund but was told that this could not be given until they had received photographic verification of the damage. I requested that they send me a postage label so that I could return the mangled cartridge. Only a couple of days after their receipt of the returned cartridge did they reimburse the payment. I got no reposnse to my request that I wanted to raise a complaint. I fear Cartridge People have a lot to learn with regard to customer relations. I shan't be using them again and ordered a cartridge without defective packaging, for almost the same price and the added bonus of free postage from EE. It was delivered in less tha24 hours of ordering.

Your delivery service is rubbish. Evri were incompetant and made me wait two days to deliver, costing me work. Dont ever use them again to post my goods.

Looking into your account I can see the order was placed on a Saturday so was not dispatched until Monday. The tracking then shows the order was delivered on Wednesday. We try our best to get orders to customers the next working day but do advise delivery can take up to 5 working days. Compatible Epson Cyan Cartridges for SC T2100 are not compatible, neither was the 'compatible' replacement sent. Their solution for me to pay full price for an epson SC T2100 cartridge plus extra cost for Next Day delivery before 12.00. Which I did. Just notified it will not arrive till 3pm. No gestures of good will, no aim to retain me as a customer, Just a £2 refund and a goodbye! Ive spent a lot of money with these guys over the months. Obviously my custom is not appreciated.

I have only used the black cartridge but the ink just doesnt work, the black comes out faded, everytime I use the printer I have to take the cartridge out shake it and push it back in hard to get it to actually work. Waste of money and I wont be buying again.

Previously i have had good service from the cartridge people. I recently received notification by e.mail I would benefit from a discount if I ordered fresh ink from Cartridge People. I tried to take advantage of this but when I checked out the discount did not apply and no explanation was given. Normally I woiuld not have proceeded with the order but was under time constraints and completed the order.

I had made a mistake when ordering the cartridges for my NEW Canon Pixma printer for £35. I never wanted a full refund or even a replacement. All I sought was a gesture of goodwill on your part of say a £10 discount on the next order. Had your 'Customer Service' agreed to this request, I am sure I would have been a repeat customer. It seems your company operates on the principle that human beings do not/cannot make mistakes, especially when ordering a new model cartridge. It is a pity, that for a mere £10 you have lost a valuable customer. Mike

Cartridges were not compatable with my Epsom printer. They print all blue or magenta.
