the dilivery was verry poor if i run out of ink i woud not be happy get a new dilivery surplier

Mix up in the supply of the correct cartridge. Gemma swiftly took control of the situation and arranged for the correct cartridge to be sent out by return. Excellent service to correct an error.

I recently ordered two Canon inks and received a phone call from one of your staff recommending a special pack containing your own brand inks but not divulging the contents of the package. The package consists of a ream of paper, fluorescent pen, biro and the inks. On checking on your website all the items were listed there so I think you made up the order to my monetary value of the two inks I was originally purchasing. I am most disappointed with your actions as these items are surplus to requirement.

Although the order came through quickly, the yellow cartridge was defective as it leaked quite significantly for several pages. A waste of ink and paper. Disappointing

received what i ordered but when I order something on the internet I expect it to be delivered to my house.It was left at the post office and i have to drive there to pick it up,If i have to go into town I might as well bought it from Asda or sainsburys.I will not be using this company again!

Website checkout is dreadful, unnecessarily complicated and difficult to navigate, especially when trying to enter anything slightly unusual e.g. different delivery and billing addresses. Plus there is no guest checkout, so have to register - why?! Not for my convenience, that's for sure. When I pointed all of this out to Cartridge People, their response suggested I could always de-register and/or place future orders by phone instead - more hassle for me, and clearly any adjustments my responsibility. Perhaps my opinion is not that important after all? I shop on the internet the time, I am very familiar with good and bad checkouts, and I will not use Cartridge People again until their website becomes more user (rather than Cartridge People) friendly. Ink cartridges probably fine, but purchased for someone else.

They upsold me their own brand cartridges v the HP I ordered. Nightmare as I suggested to them it might be. All ok with my printer until I put one of these in it

After ordering a HP 62 cartidge I was asked to contact you regarding my order. I was told you had an offer on and it was better than what I had ordered. It had more content and was cheaper. At no time was I told it was a recycled product. I was therefore surprised and disappointed when I recieved it. I felt conned into something unknowingly. I was disappointed with your company which I have found gives good service and have used often

I was not happy to receive short dated ink cartridges with no option of exchange of the 4 ,3 were well into 2025 but one was August 2024. I dont think that is good enough. I will be very cautious in future as I dont want short dated stock

Whilst the product,delivery and service are good, i don't recal having signed up to a follow up phone call and two needy " how did we do" emails in the space of a week.I only bought priter ink not a house. Chill out and leave me alone and i might come back.

Sadly one of the cartridges had a fault which caused the paper to jam. When I temporarily replaced this with the old cartridge which had worn out, the paper did not jam I have bought a new cartridge from a different supplier

I ordered two compatible cartridges available from Cartridge People for a Canon Pro-100 printer, to see if they could more cost-effective than using expensive Canon cartridges. However, I was very disappointed with the resulting prints when compared with the same images printed with Canon cartridges. The colours were quite different from those on my monitor screen and in the Canon prints. When I replaced the compatible cartridges with Canon ones, the resulting prints were excellent with true rendition of all the colours. So, the good news is that no damage was done to my printer. I feel it was worth trying the compatible cartridges to see whether they could be an acceptable replacement for Canon cartridges, but I'm afraid they fell well short of expectation. I would advise not using these cartridges in a Canon Pro-100 printer.

An order was recently placed for a black and a yellow ink cartridge for my HP Photosmart C5180 All-in-One printer. The black cartridge works ok but the yellow one cannont be recognised by my device. I have sent you a request for advice but nothing has come back. I have carried out the cleaning procedures suggested but to no avail. This is not the first time I have had trouble with your replacement cartridges!! Would you like to give some sort of response! A not very happy Malcolm

Good and fast delivery service, but the printer will not accept the new ink cartridge stating that there is no ink in it, but it does feel heavy and full, so I bought another cartridge from a local super market and weighed them both and they weighed the same. I inserted the one i bought from the supermarket and it worked fine.

They have 'customer service is our no.1 priority' on thier website and when on hold but I'm not convinced. I ordered a printer. I had multiple versions of "it's being delivered Monday/Friday/tomorrow/we haven't got one/it's on the way/we knew we didn't have one when you ordered but we didn't know we knew till several days later" It finally turned up after one of many contacts with them but apart from a verbal apology I've had no evidence that 'customer service' is really thier top priority, the opposite really. Printer works fine though and I've ordered cartridges before and they're quick and work well as well as being good value. Disappointed would be my one word review.
