Ordering was easy however let down by Evri who didn't deliver for 3 days

While the selection of products, prices and purchasing process are all good, I do find myself intensely irritated and put off the company by the post-purchase calls I have received where a representative tries to persuade me to swap my choice of proprietary cartridges with own brand ones. I found the last one particularly annoying as despite being told countless times that I had made my choice and didn’t want to change it, the representative persisted in trusting to persuade me to buy own-brand cartridges. I did not want to be rude but I found myself ending the call quite abruptly because he works not LISTEN to what I was telling me and seemed to think that if he kept on at me, I’d give in. I was so annoyed by even being phoned up in the first place after placing the order for the product I had deliberately chosen that it puts me off ordering from you again

If they changed couriers to have the delivery within 48hrs as advertised then I’d rate them higher.

I used Cartridge People for a next day supply. They used Evri to deliver and I waited in daily but it did not arrive for 4 days.

My previous purchase, earlier this year, of your own brand cartridges which you recommended, proved a waste of money because they are not compatible with my printer. I have now bought an original brand cartridge which works, but when inserted brand-new, the printer's flashing red light indicated that it was low on ink. I am not impressed with the products you have sold me.

Absolute nightmare to deal with. Dreadful experience with carrier dpd. My order which I believe could have gone through my letter box was taken away to await collection in central Woking next to Coop 26 High Street. There is no such place I found hsaving gone into Woking specially so where is it. Besides which in my village of ST Johns there is a dpd collection locker only 100 yards from my house. Why wasn't it left there The contact form to customer service is worded so that I can't give complaint details I would like a refund please

While I am happy with the toner cartridges, I am very unhappy with the delivery process. Having ordered my new cartridges on Thursday 2nd October for next day delivery, I didn't receive it until Wednesday 8th October after chasing teice with Evri Customer Services. In my experience Evri offers poor service: previous orders due to be delivered to my home (in a gated community) have repeatedly been misdelivered to sit outside the front door of other properties or left inside the main gates. With this poor experience in mind, I requested delivery to the local vilage ParcelShop. Although tracking showed it was sent out for delivery to the ParcelShop on 3rd October and then 5th October, tracking showed that no delivery was made. When I chased with Customer Services a very helpful person checked for me on a daily basis and then escalated the matter to the delivery driver's manager. I suggest that you consider changing your delivery company.

Have used cartridge people many times before. Ordered replacement catridges for pinting of menu's for my business as one had run out. Paid extra for next day delivery £5.95. Someone was at the premises at time of delivery however the driver made a feable attempt at alerting us. The catridges turned up 2 days later. After complaining a customer rep called me, they would not refund the £5.95. When I said well Ill just go else where in future for cartridges the response was basically, thats your choice. I would estimate they will loose in the region of £2500 of business across my establishments in the coming year. Very short sighted.

After purchasing a box of new ink (original brand) i eas contacted by a woman which tried to "upgrade" to the shop's own brand, which I tried before and it resulted be to exteenly inferior. This woman did not take it a no for answer and tried to sell over the phone over and over, and it was quite annoying. This drove my decision to never buy again from this shop, as lack of respect for the customer is a deal breaker for me.

I ordered HP genuine toner & received a sales call to upsell me. It sounded good as I was told I’d get double the product for a small amount more cash. I refused initially and the salesman went into pitch a couple of times when I eventually agreed to take the offer. I got sent non authentic toners of the larger quantity. I called to query this and was told that the sales person said ‘compatible’ during the call. Something I clearly missed. I complained and requested some reduction due to this situation. The person agreed they’d take the complaint on and would refer back to me with a decision. No such call was received. Left a bit of a sour taste……. The delivery was also problematic. The package was left on the doorstep of an empty house. I called the courier service who apologised and directed me to a different address to retrieve the goods. They weren’t there and I was left to hunt around to locate it. This was a high value package that was not signed for, not photographed at an open door, but simply left at a closed door of an empty house and could have easily been stolen. A bad experience all around.

Nothing wrong with the product but VERY disappointed with the delivery time... 3 times Evri notified me they were unable to deliver, almost inferring it was my fault and causing me great frustration! Shall think twice about using CP again!

As always, the cartridges I ordered were sent the same day I ordered them, but ten days later they hadn't arrived. Not the fault of CP, but EVRI who are useless.

Having placed an order I was expecting it to arrive reasonably quickly. Unfortunately I had to contact customer services to find out the status of my order. I was informed that their supplier had said the item was out of stock allegedly they were expecting a delivery that day. Not much use to me as I was waiting to use my printer!! Disappointed that my order had not flagged up as not available and I had to chase it up. Amazingly my bank account was debited immediately.

I ordered brand named cartridges, I was contacted by a cartridge people sales person who persuaded me to purchase cartridge people cartridges instead, I was assured the cartridges would fit. They didn't. Lindsay tried hard to rectify the problem to no avail. A refund for the cartridges was swift, thank you. However,I was charged for glossy paper that was delivered with the cartridges. I didn't order the glossy paper, nor would I use it. I was asked to return it before a refund would be given. I am still waiting for Evri to collect, they have failed to collect on expected day. I waited in all day. Not happy. Not a good experience from cartridge people.

Firstly, Lindsay in Customer Service helped resolve the issue with a replacement, so this isn't a problem with her or the service she provided. I ordered a brand new Cartridge People own brand toner for my printer. I opened it up, it was sealed, had plastic protection cover on, so all seemed good. Installed into printer and the screen continued to say 'Toner is empty'. This is the third problem I've had with CP brand toners. Usually it's that they're well within their lifespan and lines start appearing down one side of the prints, but this time was just that either their toner was empty or the chip on the cartridge the printer reads from, was faulty - I was advised to clean the chip with a damp cloth which I did, but it didn't resolve the issue. Either way for £33 you expect the item to work. Yes Cartridge People replace them (as well they should) by why are their own brand items so poor and unreliable? We once had a sales call from Cartridge People encouraging us to switch from branded cartridges to their own - not in a million years, and I wouldn't recommend anyone do it. Can you get almost every other branded toner/cartridge quickly and efficiently? Sure you can, in that respect Cartridge People excel. But their own branded hardware is poor, unreliable and guaranteed to go wrong. The image I attached was displayed AFTER the new cartridge was installed, by the way. Just not good enough.
