I have had cartridges many times in the past and been very saisfied, BUT this time I ordered colour and black the black good as always but the colour was not so, TOO PINK!! I notified the company who ask did I this and that which I had already. BUT now nothing. What can I say?? Maybe I will try elswhere in future. So disapointing

Two cartridges did not print the number of pages indicated on the packaging. One was replaced; refused to replace the second cartridge that was considerably short of the 200 pages indicated and expected. I shall find another supplier.

My recent purchase of your Canon-equivalent ink was a disaster. Good prompt service but the quality of the ink was very poor. Printed photographs were so faded, the ink appeared to be greatly watered down. I immediately replaced it with genuine Canon ink and the difference was very noticeable. Likewise your glossy photo paper. Even with Canon ink the result was poor. I immediately replaced it with Canon photo paper. Low price isn't everything.

Customer service, availability of cartidges/toners is good however their OEM alternative toners my be compatible but certainly NOT comparable. I made a number of prints including cleaning and correction cycles and all of them came out with significant colour graining when compared to the OEM cartidge. Only buy OEM cartidges. Brother MFC-3740CDWE

I received two black ink jet cartridges from you approximetly 4 weeks ago and whilst im happy with them the cartridges did not state wheather they where 8mm or 16mm and I did pay the extra amount that was required for 16mm. How can you justify to what I have actuatly recieved in cartridges and I would be interested in your reply.

I have reported that my new Epson printer is faulty and has never worked , I`m now getting a run around between Epson and Cartridge People who refer me back to Epson . The promise to replace in 3 to 5 days does not appear to be materialising They do not appear to understand that they are the vendor and i dont have a contract with Epson .

The cartridge I ordered from you on the 22 Jun was CLI-571CXL which it says on the cartridge it is. The colour once put it my printer has a different colour of blue not Cyan.

The cartridge sent did not fit my OKI 813 printer, which I have since found out to be obsolete. i am unsure what to do with the cartridge you sent as I obviously had to open it to try and fit it. However it was delivered promptly and is in good order.

Only recently received compatible cartridges - which I was persuaded by Cartridge People to try and was promised that if they damage my printer, CP will replace the printer and that their colour inks were guaranteed not to fade - both issues I've come across with compatable inks in the past. I don't do high levels of printing, so it does seem a little annoying to be pestered for a review when I haven't even had chance to start using the cartridges yet. Hence, I really can't give a star rating at this point - however, as it I have to choose something to stop them emailing me for a review - as I can't say Good as I don't know if they are or not, it will have to be 2 stars at best - which may be turn out to be unfair but 'the inflexible system' hasn't left me much choice!!

Excellent product but let down by your choice of delivery firm. They delivered it to a different block of flats. Luckily an honest citizen delivered them to me the next day.

No trouble with Cartridge but the service of YOUR COURIER was disgusting they delivered to my next door neighbour leaving the package at the side of her front door in full view of the public footpath and I assume that as this was so they could not have rang the bell to get her attention. Although Cartridge People themselves are very good and helpful what lets your service down is the delivery. I had an NHS appiontment (which it is never wise to cancel) so missed the first attempt to deliver. Then was left wondering for the whole week when it was to be attempted again. Next communication was to say it had been delivered ie. left proped up against the door.

I am still awaiting the package. Eric claimed they had delivered it but their photo was taken at the entrance to 24 dwellings and not to my door. They said they would advise you but since then I haven't heard from them or from you. Can you please sort this out soonest.

I was assured that there would be no adverse effect to changing my HP order to CArtridges supplied by your firm. Firstly my machine was loathe to accept the new cartridges and I had to fiddle about with it to get them accepted; then there was smudging/smearing when it did print.so I cannot accept that these cartridges are just as efficient as HP which were recommended.

The actual cartridges sold are really good but the delivery by Evri has now been chosen by the company .When my last order was delivered the driver was obviously running late and left my package at the top of my drive propped up against my garage.Had we not have seen the headlights of the van it would have been left outside on the night we had very heavy rainfall and the package would have been wrecked all because of the bone idle courier.

Had 2 of their own brand toner cartridges sent but neither work in my printer. Replacement was sent quickly hence not giving 1 star but as this hasn’t worked I’m struggling to offer more stars. I now need to contact them again to probably either get a refund or order a branded cartridge.
