Although Cartridge People themselves are very good and helpful what lets your service down is the delivery. I had an NHS appiontment (which it is never wise to cancel) so missed the first attempt to deliver. Then was left wondering for the whole week when it was to be attempted again. Next communication was to say it had been delivered ie. left proped up against the door.

I am still awaiting the package. Eric claimed they had delivered it but their photo was taken at the entrance to 24 dwellings and not to my door. They said they would advise you but since then I haven't heard from them or from you. Can you please sort this out soonest.

I was assured that there would be no adverse effect to changing my HP order to CArtridges supplied by your firm. Firstly my machine was loathe to accept the new cartridges and I had to fiddle about with it to get them accepted; then there was smudging/smearing when it did print.so I cannot accept that these cartridges are just as efficient as HP which were recommended.

The actual cartridges sold are really good but the delivery by Evri has now been chosen by the company .When my last order was delivered the driver was obviously running late and left my package at the top of my drive propped up against my garage.Had we not have seen the headlights of the van it would have been left outside on the night we had very heavy rainfall and the package would have been wrecked all because of the bone idle courier.

Had 2 of their own brand toner cartridges sent but neither work in my printer. Replacement was sent quickly hence not giving 1 star but as this hasn’t worked I’m struggling to offer more stars. I now need to contact them again to probably either get a refund or order a branded cartridge.

I ordered own brand ink toners with the incentive that CP would donate to an easy fundraising cause. I have paid for the items and have had them delivered, BUT CP decline to honour their donation. I feel hood winked.

The packaging was not very secure and the cartridge outer box was crushed when delivered. Fortunately, the cartridges appear to be undamaged.

I purchased a printer from Cartridge People before, and was very happy with the product. Just ordered an original HP toner cartridge, a product I've happily used before. I received a call from Cartridge People, suggesting I change to their own version of the cartridge as it was cheaper/offered more print capacity. I explained that I had bad experiences with non-official cartridges before - some not recognized by my printer, others with poor print quality. And a friend had bad experience with their own brand. I said I simply wanted to stick with my original order, thank you. Reply I received was "yeah, just trying to save you money" in an acidic and condescending tone. This was a pushy, unrequested call, treating me in an condescending manner because I chose a HP brand cartridge over their own brand. Do Cartridge People consider this an acceptable standard of service?

1st delivery never arrived, i had to chase this up rather than being advised of delivery issues. Replacement was going to take too long to arrive so cancelled the order.

I have chosen "poor" as the service I have received is not acceptable. I recently received two XL cartridges, one black and one colour. I have yet to load the colour cartridge, but the black one, which I have loaded is faulty. It generates an error message from HP (my printer) as follows "Only one set of instant ink ready cartridges can be used in a printer. Remove and replace with other cartridges." The old cartridge, now empty, operated satisfactorily, and I have purchased a new cartridge from elsewhere, and this works OK as well. So the problem is clearly with the cartridge you have sent me. I do not, and never have, had an "instant ink" contract with HP. Please send a replacement. I will happily return the defective cartridge. I buy twice for my printer ink it’s doesn’t fit on my printer it’s was totally waste of my money before what I order I order same but this two times what I buy it don’t work I open from the package I don’t know it will refund my money or no my printer was HP ENVY5020

I have used Cartridge People many times and have always been pleased with them. However, on this occasion I was very disappointed with the quality of their packing of my purchased goods. I had bought a ream of paper and printer cartridges (these were in a padded envelope within the box) that ‘rattled around’ in the cardboard box. Upon delivery the box had been repaired by the courier to keep contents intact but the movement and flexing of the team had loosened the wrapping. Not impressed and suggest they use better quality packaging!

Ordered the original hp300 cartridges, and got call saying they do own brand for same price but more ink, so thought I'd try. Very disappointed, it made orienting very blurry and hard to read, so won't be doing that again.
