Yeah you guys are fine but I’m still waiting for the delivery via “Evri” …… I think it’s about 2 weeks but may 3 ….. I’ve only chased you up once so maybe I should be more proactive ….. what do the Cartridge People think ?

The service is good. But the Black cartrige I replaced faild before |I expected it to and its teplacement only printed around 20 sheets, either the cartriges were under filled or they were faulty. After many years I am suptised to have two poor cartriges.

Previously bought your own brand cartridges for my Epson printer after being persuaded by a follow up phone call . Unfortunately they only worked intermittently and then not at all . My new order for genuine epson cartridges are working fine even though persuasion was still tried on the phone to get me to change to your replacement cartridges .

I ordered a printer ink cartridge. The price was excellent but the delivery via Evri was very poor, I waited 10 days.

I ordered Epsom cartridges, as I don't like using third party inks in my printer (I have destroyed printers in the past by using these!) I received a phone call from Cartridge People offering me cartridges containing more ink for the same price as the ones I had ordered, I accepted this offer as I was assured they still contained Epsom ink, However having received these cartridges, I have examined them thoroughly and can not see any wording that describes them containing Epsom ink. Not a happy customer!!

Unfortunatly Catridge People chose to use Evri as a delivery option. Items ordered still had not been delivered after 10 days so order was cancelled, however still waiting to receive a credit note. Whle Cartridge Peopls choose to use Evri then I will have to shop elsewhere. Price match was good though.

Prices and delivery times are great. The only issue I have is that after several issues with re-manufactred cartridges, they still call us and try to push the re-manufactured cartridges after ordering the original cartridges. With our first order with this company they convinced us to use the re-manufactured cartridges - they were absolute garbage and we went back to the original cartridges......after a couple of orders they convinved us that the problems with the re-manufactured cartridges had been overcome and can you try them again, which we did.............the Cyan cartridge leaked heavily and we had to strip and clean the whole printer and throw the re-manufactured cartridges away. We're not using the re-manufactured cartridges again, stop with the pushy sales calls or we'll just buy our cartridges elsewhere ! Yes we know they will save us money.....but we also know that you push these because you make far more money off them. The recent sales call I took, the salesman was pushy, unpleasant and talked to me like I was a child.

Order arrived promptly and as ordered. However, mobile number requested and given which resulted in a stream of calls to this number. You delivered what I ordered, so I can only assume attempted calls were not actually about the order or the delivery. If call is not about order or delivery, I do not wish to hear from you. Please note and take action accordingly. I have made note, and will not be giving my mobile number for future orders.

Not started using them yet, but next day delivery didn't happen, it was 4 days. Was left outside my garage at the back of my property, not in a safe place, anyone could have taken it.

Good value product as always only let down by the delivery company who stated item delivered when it had not. After several email with Evri it mysteriously was left on the doorstep 3 days later.

I already have some glue in the same packaging the glue is brown, thinking I was odering the same product (same packaging). When it arrived (the delivery was super quick impressive) I find in my opinion was clear PVA, which makes this product expensive. You can purchase 5lts of clear PVA from the likes of the range for only £9.00. the pritt bottle holds 208g of adhesive x 3 (my purchase) = 0.624 so just over half a ltr for a similar cost of £9.00.

New cheaper version of compatible cartridges are really bad. After a month storage, it's leaking.

Thank you to Ryan for delivering my parcel. However the tracking reports could be clearer: you emailed me on 30 June to say the order had been dispatched. It would have been more useful to specify where it had been dispatched to, to give me an idea of how soon it would be delivered to me, and whether it was worth my changing the delivery address. I checked tracking every day for 5 days and saw no change. I had no idea whether the parcel hadn't moved or whether courier had tried and failed to deliver, as tracking told me nothing at all for far too long. Normally I appreciate being able to track the progress of my order, but your system is most unhelpful: it needs to be made less vague and more informative of location of the order.

Product is fine but delivery took 9 days meaning that in the meantime we had to go and buy a cartridge from a shop in order to complete our tasks thus incurring additional costs to our community group
