Dear Sir or Madam I was very happy with my ourchase of the cartridge set - but a little diappointed in that the balck cartridge was not the large one I was expecting.

Having made my selection to purchase original manufacturers replacement cartridges. I was disappointed to receive a phone call from you to change my order to your own buy your own brand cartridges. Disappointing.

Cartridge was supplied at the advertised price and on time. Unfortunately the cartridge has never actually worked, and I had to replace it with a genuine HP301 cartridge the same day. Repeated attempts to reinstall it have all resulted in an error message. Cartridge People did return my purchase price promptly, but not the cost of carriage which meant I lost money on the postage and still had to pay full price for a new cartridge. We live and learn.

Cartridge People themselves were quick and efficient at despatching my order. Unfortunately they use Evri as their courier, a name that always makes my heart sink when they are handling my order with any supplier. Sure enough my order disappeared without trace and Cartridge People had to send another one which did arrive. Using Evri does the business no favours at all.

The use of EVRI as a delivery partner courier should be reviewed. After 10 days waiting for delivery, my order went 'missing'. DPD to the rescue. They came on board and delivered in 2 days. Well done.

I like your company. But you really need to change your courier! EVRI told me my cartridge was out for delivery on the Monday. But didn't deliver it till the following Sunday! 6 days late.. and no communication or delivery updates! Hopeless....

I placed an order which didn’t process properly. I received 3 emails and 3 phone calls within 24 hours, when I already knew I had to re order. Is the company that desperate for a £40 order? Really disappointing!

I have brought this to your attention before. I only want Canon Inks, I do not want yours. When I make my order you choose to mix canon inks with yours thus making the order confusing. In the past I have mistakenly ordered one of your inks. Why don't you listen and do something about this??????

Thankfully they provide the cheapest brand named ink Canon. BUT why so expensive and seems getting lesser in volumn Do the "bootleg" cheaper cartridges work past experience my Canon printer refused to accept?

Easy ordering process for ink for a Brother printer, however the following day received 2 phonecalls and a voicemail message trying to sell their own branded inks. On the second call when i said i wanted to stick with the Brother Genuine Ink the phone was just put down without a thank you or goodbye.
