Delivery quick and quality is as expected Just wish I had time to shop around as prices are VERY high

If their compatible cartridges were really compatible, I'd give tem five stars, because their service is prompt and reliable. But they promised me the cartridges would work in my printer - and they don't. I could only return the two unopened ones, so lost money.

Dear Mary, Thank you for your review and I am sorry that you had a problem with cartridges supplied by us. I have looked and can see that you received a full refund for the cartridges, we only required the unopened ones back but as they were faulty we refunded you for all four cartridges. Have used CP for years and have no issues with the cartridges I purchase but using Evri as a courier means I have to mark you down. It took almost a week for delivery and they held the product for 3 days at one point...just useless. Won't be buying again.

Excellent service at purchase. Problem arose returning faulty toner cartridge as the Evri return label not usable as the return is by different company Yodel.Overall the returns seem chaotic and having eventually succeeded in the return I wait to see if the refund will follow.

Cartridge People service this time was let down by omitting this property name from the despatch parcel so it was addressed to Kevin Garner, Quarry Lane , Atherstone CV9 1NL instead of Kevin Garner, The Old Vicarage, Quarry Lane , Mancetter, Atherstone CV9 1NL. This was compounded by the poor service from your couriers Evri who did not deliver anywhere in Quarry Lane but in Steppey Lane which is about a quarter of a mile away and now seem intent in avoiding any responsibilty for their very poor service.

Dear Julia, Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our marketing. You can opt down/reduce the amount of emails you receive in your account - you can do this by logging into your account and clicking on Manage Marketing Preferences. Then opt down to the following options for marketing emails - weekly, fortnightly, monthly, every 3 months. The ordering and delivery process was fine. However, the packaging was a thin paper envelope which provides no protection and was split in three places, exposing the cartridges.

Thank you for your review and I am very sorry sorry to hear that your order took 3 days to arrive, I have noticed there was an unexpected delay at the couriers depot which doesn't happen often but we can understand the frustration when or items don't arrive sooner. Good value comparatively but having only printed 4 a4 pages with my “new” cartridges my printer is telling me that I’m “low on ink” and “depleted “ - …! Also when I try to print with HP Smart the message comes through that the cartridges are “ counterfeit/used” and that my request has FAILED…. ! Therefore I’m not awarding many stars as the whole procedure is, frankly, rather frustrating and the cartridges are not cheap !!

Hi i placed an order for the first time through your website, i was desperate for inks for my printer, added a few other items to get the free postage. I would normally have preferred to have done it through speaking with someone. Received my order and happy with products. The only issue i had once my order was complete there was a pop up that said as a first time customer i could choose 2 free vouchers. I Scrolled through thinking that it would be vouchers on stationary that would make me come and shop again. However i did not find any it was for other products and services that i would not use. As i placed the order over a weekend i called up number on your website next working day and inquired about this. It was explained that as website promotion for other companies etc. Thank you

Speedy delivery, however black cartridge ink level registering almost empty and have only printed 20 pages. First time I've had a problem with your cartridges. Hope it's a one off.

I ordered some Brother printer cartridges and was contacted next day asking me to ring for more informtion about my order. I was put through to someone who told me that the Brother cartridges were in stock but, then began the hard sell for me to change my order to their own brand cartridges which were: 1. much better 2. would last twice as long 3. The printer would recognise them as authentic Brother cartriges 4. Cartridgepeople.com would guarantee that if there were any problems with my printer they would cover costs of any repairs ( the cost of these cartridges being £2/3 cheaper). Every time I said NO I wanted the Brother cartridges I had ordered I was given another reason why the own brand ones were better. I even tol the person I spoke to she was 'doing a hard sell' and she said 'Do you think so?' I eventually stated that I wanted the Brother cartridges which were delivered next day - EXCELLENT. I assumed the initial phone call would be to inform me of a delay/problem with my order. As much as i appreciate being offered an alternative and saving money I did not need the 'hard sell' experience that followed.

The quality of printing has not changed since fitting the cartridges but there are a few changes I have noticed. I cannot see the stats on the print report such as the number of pages printed and the remaining number of pages left. I also cannot see the levels indicated. The main difference is that the printer does not 'dump' the memory on completion of the print, I have to press 'reset' each time otherwise I get another page of what I have just printed. I am not sure if i will continue to purchase the alternatives when the time comes
