However we had a time slot to pick up our car,but had to wait more than 30mins for paperwork to be done...sitting area where you wait for car was very cold also we felt sitting at back of cars which were ready to go out a little unsafe..as we were very near the back of the cars..which the driver could have accidently gone into reverse..with it being an unfamiliar car.”
“Hi bought a Volvo C30 from car store Dundee the sale side of it was very slow I thought I felt I was in there for hours but the after care team different ball game only problem I have the car was not 100 percent when taking it home but hopefully it will get sorted just means I’m going to be out of pocket for fuel after one week of buying the car think more time inspection on the cars before customers get them I bought a Volvo C30 on Saturday the 28-9-19 took the car home and on the Sunday morning I went to start it and it was like only running on 3 cylinders I phoned them up and booked it in for this Saturday but on Wednesday coming home from work the car anti skid came on it took me 1 hour to nurse it home phoned again car went back to Dundee on Wednesday now Friday and got car back on the Saturday all sorted very happy”
