“Recently my son Loukas purchased a Citroen DS3 from Peter Vardy Car Store in Dundee. The vehicle a one owner, low mileage example was well prepared and has met most expectations. I flew to Edinburgh and was picked up from the airport gratis all part of their customer service.
The sales consultant 'Robbie' from the off was polite, attentive and arranged things without too much angst. I was particularly impressed with the video that was produced very quickly after showing interest online which introduced you to your sales representative and a good all round vision both internally and externally of the car.
I have now reviewed and re-scored 'very good' as even though car had an issue that slipped through their 'quality' process a solution has now been agreed and under pinned via Ryan Hopkins in service dept. So this definitely would not hold me back from considering potential future or repeat business with CarStore - well done Robbie for making the experience overall worthwhile and excellent follow up communication..”

“I went to this Dealer because a family member had purchased before. Whilst I have no complaint about our Salesman David Fyffe, who was excellent, once they have your money, they do not want to know you. Shocking after sales service, despite phoning 5 times since collecting my car 5 days ago and no one bothers to phone back. Car back in for work which should have been done. Took it Tuesday, told "will phone you just after 9am tomorrow to let you know how long ". NEVER happened. Phoned this morning at 10.02. Told the person I wanted to speak with was not there which was COMPLETE LIE. Ryan Fleming said "phone you back in 5 minutes". 1 hour later - no call. Car NEVER even started on !!! Now waiting on a call back in "10 minutes".......NOT HAPPENED. DO NOT GO TO PETER VARDY”
“Enjoyed the experience until the final part of the deal. Your representative, Gordon,was very helpful but the manager who joined us was extremely brisk and his behavior was quite powering. We needed to get away to collect my grandson from nursery but he was more interested in doing a deal. We really liked the car we had driven so we did accept the offer given. Overall quite happy with the service.”
