“Kept me informed of delays and just waiting to get a tyre checked and the mileage refund 👍 only thing is after sales team has not been in contact about the millage being over than they told me and to get the tyre checked.... and car got delivered at 8.40pm with tyre light on put air in to rectify and its been coming bk on every week so it was delivered with a slow puncture and also front tyre needed replacing too .....mileage was ment to be 21000 and it was over 24000 my paper work stated it was 23437 so they had done over 600 miles before they delivered it”

“We came in to have a look and ended up trading our car in. This service was great, we were offered a good deal & was very easy. However, the handover of the car could of went better. We came to collect the car on the agreed day & time but when we arrived they did not know we were coming, the car was not taxed or mot. We then collected the car a few hours later, to find the front matts had been removed and ended up needing to phone several people to get them, as normally they are not part of the deal. I was disappointed, as I always purchase my cars from this store and always have a great experience.”

“Calls not returned, handover team didn’t contact me with date. Sales did the handover when we collected the car. Car very poor valet if indeed any. Faulty tyre sensor, earliest date for a replacement two weeks away with no courtesy car available.
Local garage replaced with Kia part next day.
No offer of refund for replacing part at local garage.
Sale team did call me back and tried to help as much as they could, but rest off the organisation was poor.
