As Andy walked around with me and my Partner, he was piecing together all my likes and dislikes and took me to sit in the Qashqai. I fell in love with it. Did a test drive and now I have it home. I was very happy with Andy, our sales advisor. He was very personal and we had a laugh while getting all the documents and things done.

“Salesman Saeed was excellent, really made an effort to find out our needs and help us find a new car and he deserves his 5 star rating but handover team was sadly not the same. No owner manual in the car on collection and no documentation/evidence regarding service history which we discovered on getting home as we had assumed they would be in the glovebox of the car. No answer on the phone to switchboard either so we had to drive back to the showroom to query the lack of paperwork. Fortunately, Saeed again came to our rescue finding us an owners manual and posting out evidence of service history. Couldn't fault Saeed at all.”
