“Overall an ok service was received. The only down points were that on arranging an appointment to visit and test drive the car it was away for preparing. Meaning I drove for an hour and half for no reason.
However Billy the sales advisor was polite and friendly and tried his best, in a situation out of his control. This review bares no criticism of him, it reflects the company. It would have been nice to have been reimbursed or given a discount in recognition for the error. An offer was made to bring the car to me, instead to test drive as an option. But I think reimbursement would have been a better option for time and fuel. Secondly only after purchasing the car and checking the service log on the cars computer system, I noticed the the front brakes are required to be replaced in less than a 1000 miles. I would of thought that these would have been replaced prior to sale. Especially given my car as trade in was probably of a higher standard. I have also realised that the dates in the cars computer system are wrong and the service info hasn’t been inputted properly by Peter Vardy. This is surely bad practice. The manager has since called and offered an apology for the poor points of the experience. I do feel more could have been done and a simple sorry and token offer of £40, towards new brakes is abit of a poor effort. That aside a good service was provided by Billy, Who made the rest of the process a relaxed and easy one. He’s a credit to the company.”

“Sales were exelent however the car came with one usable key as the spare was a basic key with no chip in it so it was usless! After many calls rhyn from after sales basically told me what I wanted to here and did nothing to correct the issue. Past from pillar to post and made empty promises about getting a spare key.
It took Scott from parts to correct the issue. Not exactly a happy aftersales experience probably will not use u guys again”

“Excellent service from start to finish. The sales advisor, Stephen O'Neill was excellent in dealing with my enquiry and explaining all my options with regard to purchasing the vehicle. I felt valued as a customer.
On collecting the car, the collection team were helpful, organised and friendly. On driving the car away, a monor issue became apparent. However, the after sales team rectified it immediately and to my satisfaction. All members of staff throughout the store were kind and attentive. I've never been offered so many cups of coffee! Well done to everyone.”

I have one issue and that was with someone in Glasgow office on day before I collected my car.My call was directed to them and I dealt with someone called Kieran whose manner was such that I almost cancelled the car. If not for the excellent staff in Dundee,I would have!

“From the moment we paid a deposit to buy the car, the customer service has been poor. Promised numerous call backs from handover team before picking car up which I did not receive. Arranged to pick the car up 7 days after paying the deposit and was promised that the dent in the front of it and all scratches would be removed. Picked the car up to find that the car is still in the same condition as before and has not been rectified before we picked up.
Following the above review, Alastair called us straight away to have the problems rectified. He arranged for someone to pick the car up from our home that night and replaced it with a courtesy car until our car was ready. He kept in touch regularly whilst our car was in for remedial work. We would like to thank Alastair for his outstanding efforts to put things right on behalf of Peter Vardy.”
