From the moment we paid a deposit to buy the car, the customer service has been poor. Promised numerous call backs from handover team before picking car up which I did not receive. Arranged to pick the car up 7 days after paying the deposit and was promised that the dent in the front of it and all scratches would be removed. Picked the car up to find that the car is still in the same condition as before and has not been rectified before we picked up. Following the above review, Alastair called us straight away to have the problems rectified. He arranged for someone to pick the car up from our home that night and replaced it with a courtesy car until our car was ready. He kept in touch regularly whilst our car was in for remedial work.
