“No pushie sales man but they didn’t do hand over well took two hours longer than expected said blemishes would be removed from panel but was still-there.when i complained went and got body shop manger who took it away took twenty minutes to rectify makes it looks like once sold they don’t bother but thanks to Graig I like the car good salesman”

This was carried out in a professional but friendly manner. Car inspection was limited,due to servicing. The handover a few days later was delayed a few hours due to work on the car,but again was handled in a friendly professional manner.
