The admin process wasn't smooth though - I was put under pressure by the handover team to complete the sale before the end of the month, which meant I had to insure two cars for 3 days because my old car wasn't being picked up until 3rd of the month. And handover of the car was cursory - just "Here are your keys, the car is parked over there."”
