On arrival at Carstore, I was given a warm welcome and introduced to Ritchie Low, to help me choose my next car. As I had a model in mind,we went to a seating area,like a cafe, to discuss details. This was carried out in a professional but friendly manner. Car inspection was limited,due to servicing. The handover a few days later was delayed a few hours due to work on the car,but again was handled in a friendly professional manner. Richie phoned later in week to ask if I was happy with my purchase.
