“Kerry our sales rep was excellent and allowed us time to view and make our decision, he was very informative and helpful. However in the 24 hours between viewing and coming to collect, the passenger side front running lamp had been smashed and a dent put in the bodywork behind passenger rear door. We are now over a week since collecting the car and we have heard nothing of the promised call back from Keith at after sales. I can’t see how it can take this long to source a new running light !!

“Really happy with overall service and dealings iv had at Peter Vardy Dundee.. happy with how everything was explained to me! Not to happy about coming all the way from Ballater to originally be looking at the white corsa Nurburgring vxr you guys had in, didn’t even get the chance to view it in person either, even asked for an appointment to come see the car.. when I got to Dundee I was told the car had been already sold and off to Glasgow an hour before arrival..”

“Accommodating staff and a friendly environment. Some minor issues with the vehicle to start with but these were resolved in a moderately timely fashion. Still awaiting the second set of keys almost a month after receiving the car.

“My experience in Peter Vardy car store Dundee overall was good. My sales advisor Rhys Evans was brilliant start to finish. Explained everything in full all about the car I picked aswell as all the paper work etc. He wasn’t pushy about a sale he just wanted you to make sure you were choosing the right car for you. The only down side about Peter Vardy car store Dundee is the hand over team after I purchased the car I was given a date to pick up the car and I was made to reschedule a couple of times due to the car not being ready, where we were not given much information on how the dates were changed. But overall the experience and staff were good and would recommend.”
“Great experience at Dundee CarStore, staff were friendly and listened to what I wanted and were not pushy at all. Process of buying was nice and straight forward, no hidden costs. Only downside was the delay when I turned up to pick up the car and ended up waiting 45 minutes past scheduled time to pick up but this really is a minor complaint. All in all a great buying experinece.”

“Dealt with Mo who was very professional from start to finish. However the car had a front right puncture 2 days after buying and one small car trip. And the front left tyre has a slow puncture. Phoned Peter vardy about this but was passed from person to person and nobody ever phoned back.”

The only thing that makes this a 4, rather than 5/5, is that we called in advance to make an appointment to see the specific car we were interested in....it appeared when we got there that the team on the ground did not have this advance information. I suspect this a problem with a company central call centre, rather than the Dundee CarStore in particular.”
