Does the email handover work or should there be a task tool for communicating customer actions between Peter Vardy colleagues and other garages? There should be a survey question on what improvements can be made which can only help you.”

I was receiving a car from ur Mini Edinburgh branch which took 10 days for it to arrive at the Dundee branch for my 1st look and test drives plus during the 10 days waiting I tried contacting by phone and struggled to get anyone on phone for an update then took further 2 days to receive my cat salesman tony was excellent and the handover team were great”
