Not as I had expected. Light weight and creased on arrival. The creases have not flattened as yet. On reflection, I should have ordered the heavier grade of carpet, had I known. I anticipated better for what I paid, truth be told.

Hey Jon Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Unfortunately due to the shape of the Transit mats they do require to be folded for shipping which can leave a temporary crease. This should come out in a few days though, but if it doesn't please do let us know.

Was disappointed with the finish and piping edges didn’t meet up or sewn together properly. Long threads left hanging. Paid extra for grey piping edging which looked almost black in colour not grey.

Very disappointed I always check the reviews before I use a company. They took what seemed like an age to get here, certainly more than the 9 days specified and when they did, the quality I think is average to poor. I ordered the "Super" version and so expected more. The mats are thin, are difficult to install as the fixing holes are smaller than the Volvo studs. Sorry to say that I will not be using this company again

Ordered the grand style mat and the quality does not seem to be of that described, these seem to be the lowest level

Hi Phil Thank you for leaving a review. We offer four qualities of carpet, Grand being the second of the four. It maybe that you would have been happier with Super or Executive. The actual mats are very nice but I have not been able to use them as the smell is too strong. Causing severe headache and sickness They have been left outside for a week to but not yet improved.

Thank you for leaving a review, I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the smell. Our rubber mats do have a slight odour which should dissipate quickly after unpacking. If this isn't the case then please do contact customer services who would be happy to resolve the issue for you.

Smells very bad even after 7 days the rubber plastic in the car is very very bad

Hi James Thank you for your order and for leaving a review. We're really sorry that you're unhappy with the rubber smell. Our mats do come with a slight rubber odour that can be amplified during the shipping process. Normally leaving the mats in fresh air for 24 hours will remove the majority of any excessive odour, If the mats are unused and you're still experiencing issues with the odour of the mats then please do contact our customer services who would be happy to arrange a return or exchange of the product.

Slow delivery and when it arrived mats were not of a high quality. The studs completely ripped out of the mats when I attached them Disappointing

Mats arrived, didn't fit. I was asked to change the position of the plastic securing points on the mat but the adjustment required was too much. CarMats refunded my money. I went to Halfords and bought mats there.

We're sorry that the mats didn't fit your vehicle, we sell a lot of mats for Ford Fiestas and very rarely (if ever) have an issue. As you've mentioned we provided a full refund to ensure that whilst there was some inconvenience, you were not left out of pocket.

Our products are made to order and we're currently working to lead times of up to 9 working days, in your case I can see we delivered in 7 working days. We're working hard to reduce our lead time but COVID-19 secure working has impacted our production capabilities.

Seems expensive for what I got. Option was Quality: Super. Guess I was disappointed as I did not think it was super.

I was expecting mats that were much more sturdy and thicker, and shaped to cover more of the floor area going up behind the pedals and going up as far as possible on the passenger side. With a lot of use I do not think these will last that long and mud will go over the carpet

The pictures have matting for the foot rest panel this is not the case. I do not feel the quality is up to standard you can get cheaper matts for the same if not and more likely better quality

If your mats have arrived without this then please do contact customer services and we'd be happy to send out a replacement product. The Grand mats ordered are our second of four qualities, it maybe that Super or Executive would better meet your expectations.

the mats are ok - but very inconsiderate packaging. The address label was stuck to one of the mats. It took me 2 days of soaking and scrubbing to get it off and it has still left a mark

Based on your feedback we will be moving to a new system to label on the outside of the bag, rather than the mat directly. We hope to have this up and running in the next month. Holes for clips not cut out properly so had to sort at home as wouldnt fit the clips in the car!
