“The actual car mats are the correct size. The clips to clip the mats to the car floor didn't fit. I managed to force one on but then when trying to remove the mat the clip pulled out of the mat. I had to buy new car mat clips from Amazon and fit them to the mats. They now fit the car, but something you shouldn't have to do.”

“I ordered the Toy Town car mats for my car, to add a little bit of nostalgia to it, thinking that these would be of high quality after spending £42 on them, but was immediately disappointed when they arrived. The stitching quality was average, the actual print was UPSIDE DOWN on one of the mats, and there is no velcro on the bottom, so they are very slippery and are somewhat dangerous as they are all over the place and lack any grip under my pedals. I would not buy again and would not recommend to friends or family. It's the classic product that looks good on their advertisements, sharing all of the high reviews, but in reality, it's an average product that can be purchased on TEMU for half the price. Heck, they thrown in some crappy adhesive stickers in the bag (yes they are sent in a bag, not even a box for protection), and they came off in two days... probably because these stickers are super cheap, when it should be stitched into the mats themselves for safety and quality. Not impressed, which is a shame as I was excited to receive these.”

We believe that we supply great products and that they represent great value. You cannot purchase tailored car mats in this print on TEMU or any other site as it is a unique product to ourselves. Due to how our mats are cut on our machines not all mats are always orientated the same way. In this instance we have reached out to you to arrange to replace the mat that is orientated a different way to the others but we haven't heard back from you. If you would like the mat that is orientated the different way replacing then please come back to us.

“The quality of the product is good but the sizing is not correct as I've been sent one with clips and passenger side with out and was told they don't come with clips as there's not clips in the car floor but there is I put my registration in the website and was expecting the correct mats to come fitted...”

“I bought a boot liner for my Golf. Great fit, price and delivery. But weeks later there is still a strong chemical/rubber smell from it. I can't put it in the car yet because it is a really strong odour.”

Our rubber mats do have a slight natural rubber odour but this will fade quickly with time. If the odour doesn't fade then leaving the product in sunlight will resolve the issue. “I ordered car mats for my Alfa Romeo Spider, taking up their offer for the executive upgrade for £62.00, delivered. Now bear in mind I only got two mats because this is a convertible. All I can say after reading all the positive reviews is that I am completely underwhelmed. The mats just look like cheap Polypropylene mats, not an 'executive' mat. They also came with 4 fixing holes and yet I have no fixings for these in my floor so have had to order a fixing kit. As I said, they are nothing special and certainly not mats that I'd recommend you pay over £60.00 for. They look and feel like a £30.00 polypropylene mat.”

Our Executive mats are OEM level quality, if you don't believe this is what you've received then please do reach out to our team and we'd be happy to help. The mats we sell for your vehicle are advertised as coming with OEM fixings in the mats for use with the OEM fixings if present in your footwell.

“the only reason i'm giving 2 stars is i like the look of the red edging . BUT as for durability don't waste your money at car mats uk brought some in september 2024 and drivers side mat has a hole in it and needs replacing only been in the car 9 months very disappointed , put prices up shame quality not gone up too. tried to upload photo but site wont let you”

“Bit torn with these, although they look plenty durable, the truth is they look and feel like something I could pick up in aldi in for tenner On reflection I guess I wished I'd spend more on a 'better version' Yea, disappointed unfortunately.”

Vehicle specified tailored mats are by nature more expensive to manufacture than universal mats such as those you'd find in Aldi. We believe our mats are great value, we do offer a universal mat similar to the one you might find in Aldi and they are £9.99. We do offer higher quailty carpet & different thicknesses should you wish to shop with us again in future.

“Really nice mats but wont last. I had issue with the mats which got replaced quickly enough (the heel pad was coming off). The replacement mats again within 7k miles got the same issue. Good customer service but wouldn't recommend”

“Bought these for my Nissan Juke. Perfect fit but seemed to be quite thin even though they were a step above the basic category (Grand). Only after a couple of weeks I can see the cloth heel protector on the drivers mat start to wear. Not a good sign as I am retired and do not do too much driving. I can't help thinking that buying a cheap 'one size fits all' set locally may have been a better and cheaper option.”

“I have missed the 12 month deadline as I completely forgot they had 12 month warranty with them but my driver has has a big hole in after just 1 year use wearing only trainers... don't recommend”

“I had to return mats as the colour was not the same as those in the pictures and I could not get them to fit . In fairness the fitting error was my fault ! The returns process was complex involving me taking a couple of sets of photos, speaking to three different people, Elliott, Dan and Amy and about ten emails ( I tried phoning but it took ages to get through and I never managed it) . They were all helpful, but I can’t help feeling a phone call would have sorted it all quickly ! The correct colour mats took much longer to arrive than the first lot ( I had to remind them and suddenly they arrived ). The mats were the most expensive and look like they will wear and clean well, if they do they will be reasonable value ….”

“How do you get rid of the strong rubber smell from your mat? I have laundered several times of the mat , soaked in baking soda and still very strong smell inside the car.. Im in the point of thinking to throw it and waste my purchased. The product is good but the strong rubber smell weighs more.”

“Thought would try these as we own a lot of garages so ordered for my car first. Time frame from ordering to delivery excellent. Quality is good. Only problem is the drivers side does not fit the holes so very disappointed. Contact them and it is you send back at own cost or email and not great telephone conversation. Waste of time sending back will just go else where with the company business”

“Bought carpets from carmats.co.uk without a problem however the latest purchase was below standard.. complaintedcanc they sent out replacements and they were no better… the edging didn’t line up and comes away on both sets..Tge Velcro sale adhesive tabs are a waste of time as they come away.. disappointed and won’t return”

“When they arrived they looked a bit flimsy but ok. 3 weeks on the sticking ti's fraying on the drivers one and on closer inspection lots of the sticking is wonky and coming apart.”

“Caution when ordering! Read the description for your mats carefully as there are differences between their pictures' photographic detail and product description as they use generic images which is confusing. The images shown on their order confirmation may also be irrelevant to what you have ordered as was the case with my order.”

“Ordered rubber mats for an Audi. Delivery was slower than expected (5 days) but not a problem. The mats were circa £55. When they arrived the smell was so overpowering my wife told me to get them out of the house.. I contacted support and was told was told " ..Normally any odour can be cured by leaving the mats outside or in an open space for 24 hours." That is where they stayed for some days and the smell was still overpowering so I had to wash them several times and leave them airing. The smell is now bearable but I have not fitted them in the car as it will still smell it out. They remain in the garage on a shelf. Another issue is the mats are not very thick and not what I expected at all for the Premium price compared to other mats I have owned in the past. Dismissive customer support didn't help your cause; the only reason I didnt start a chargeback is because I was too busy with work at the time. Will not be using again. Main dealer only for me now.”
