Arrived quickly, that is the only upside. Very disappointed otherwise. These are poor quality, cheaply made mats; a NON tailored set of Aldi mats at £5.99 look and feel dramatically better than these £40 (inc delivery) mats. The Aldi mats are going on top to hide the tailored ones and the rears won't be used at all. A lesson learned in not seeing and touching before purchase.

We think our Grand mats represent a great balance between affordability and quality. These are a hard wearing mat that will last a long time your vehicle. The set you've ordered is tailored specifically for your Subaru Levorg and was made to order for you with the blue trim you requested, this can't be compared to a mass produced mat that is a universal fit. From your comments I think you would have been happier with a higher quality of carpet, we do offer 3 higher qualities. I can see that as you weren't happy our team have refunded your order in full as a gesture of goodwill which I trust you find satisfactory.

Very Disappointed – Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service I’m really disappointed with my experience with carmats.co.uk. I purchased a set of mats which, despite being new, have already shown significant wear and the stitching has come undone. I’ve sent photos of the issue twice, clearly outlining the problem, and both times I’ve been fobbed off with dismissive responses ‘we can’t make out from the picture you have sent but our advice is using a brush, give it a try’. At no point have they asked how I’d like the issue resolved, nor have they offered any kind of solution. A brush did not resolve the issue first time or second time because the mat is worn. It feels like they’re just hoping I’ll go away quietly. The reason I’ve resorted to leaving a public review is because I no longer feel confident dealing with them directly – I don’t want to be brushed off a third time. I expected better quality and far better customer service. I won’t be buying from them again.

We would expect some initial wear as the mat settles but the wear shouldn't continue at this level. Previous order last year was great with quality carpet and nylon woven material edging, this order looks secondhand and the edging is a thin wrinkled strip of pvc and in some places not even attached, am keeping the mat just to take to garage for servicing protection as contact with this company is a well kept secret. Photos available if you want.

Shameful service since delivery of my mats. Paid a premium for next day delivery, they didn’t despatch them on the day they should have and then tried to blame the courier. The tracking proves they weren’t despatched. Contacted the company before delivery and they couldn’t have been more helpful. In no time at all they had responded and I was promised a refund of the shipping once they were delivered. Upon delivery I had a message from their customer service to say that the delivery fee had been credited to my account to use against a future purchase. I’m sorry….what? The issue was with THIS purchase. To try and fob me off with credit against a future order is a shameful business practice. I’ve just spent £100+ on mats for my only vehicle, what do you think I will be buying from you? A week has passed and I have since sent several messages requesting it be refunded to my card instead and have been met with complete ignorance. Just total radio silence. I will be contacting American Express to have them take over the resolution as I know from experience what a dim view they take of practices like this, especially when a company deliberately sets up to be uncontactable. Shame on you, and what a fantastic was to ensure you never get another penny from a customer who spent £100 with you - quibbling (well, even worse, simply ignoring!) over a few quid. Disgraceful service.

Your order was dispatched on the same day it entered production but delivered on Thursday rather than the Wednesday as it should have been. Our next working day orders are produced in a separate stream to ensure that they leave our factory on the same day they enter production, these are then sent on a next working day delivery with UK Mail. In the rare instances where the courier delivers late then a credit is applied to your account in line with our delivery terms & conditions. We aim to respond to all emails within 1 working day which we were beyond on several of the emails you sent on Thursday afternoon. Please accept my apologies for this.

I am so disappointed that the mats (which are lovey) don't even come close to fitting my vehicle. They are completely wrong. I have of course emailed to explain, and have sent clear photographic evidence that they are very wrong. Despite admitting that they've sent the wrong mats, and they can send the correct ones, they are refusing to honour my legal consumer rights, and give me a refund. Absolutely appalling customer care/service. Legal action pending.

You've ordered mats for a Range Rover Evoque 2019 onwards but you have a 2013 Range Rover Evoque. As the mats have been personalised with custom embroidery I'm afraid they cannot be returned for an exchange or refund as per our terms & conditions.

Definitely not what I expected. The fit is way off original. Had to try shove some of the mat under the side trim. Even brand new it's already curling at the side. I got the midrange one Definitely wouldn't buy from here again. Badly finished with thread pulled aswell.

On Wednesday 16th April 2025 I ordered Ford Puma Mild Hybrid SUV 2019+ Car Mats - Default Title #MWS Options 2195183271 × 1 at a cost of £51.96 GBP. I did this before the 1pm deadline for Guaranteed Next Working Day (Order Before 1pm). I am sitting here writing this emai, l angry and disappointed that I have not received what I have paid for in good faith. Especially as when ordering, it clearly said that I would receive my items on Thursday 17th April 2025. Why have I paid for a Guaranteed Next Working Day (Order Before 1pm) service, when you cannot fulfil what you have promised?

Having ordered from them before I thought that I was getting a better car mat as I ordered the elite car mats. After giving them my registration number the new 'elite' mats are completely wrong and will not fit. I even took photos of the old and new mats side by side. I have also emailed them several times but only get the standard email reply. Here's hoping that they will get back to me now but I feel that I have wasted £60. on poor quality mats that will end up in the bin

Can’t believe there’s no mats for my vehicle as it’s not listed it’s a damn shame 😳 because I wanted to rubber mats for it it’s a Toyota granvia in this country they call it a high ace but it’s an import and it’s a people carrier an eight seater not a van so I’d like the mats for this but it’s not listed so how do I go about getting them?

The rubber car mats have a strong overpowering smell to them. Ihave had mine 5 months now and there been machine washed, hand scrubbed and even benn left outside for 4 months now and they still smell. These cannot be used in a vehicle..They are aware of this problem but yet nothing seems to be getting done about it.

Our rubber mats do have a slight odour but this should fade quickly, I'm sorry to hear that it hasn't in this case. I can see that our team offered a return with a full refund in December as the odour was an issue but you haven't taken us up on this.

Bought set of mats for VW golf unfortunately we ordered the wrong ones Tried to contact them 4 times had no replies or E mails Would recommend you check that the right mats are ordered as i doubt whether you will get a refund or reply . Or go to Main dealer VW mats were actually cheaper and guaranteed Wouldn't use company again

Great Mats well made unfortunately unusable as not supplied with OEM clips. Disappointed as paid the extra insurance to get correct mats for car. No help received and no reply to latest emails

We supply these mats with velcro for fixings already in the footwell. We've repplied to your email on the same day asking for photos of the clips you required to which you sent photos of Audi clips which we don't believe is correct. We've asked for photos from your footwell but haven't heard back.

Very poor indeed. Sent wrong mats for the reg I advised. Holes in wrong place. Photos sent to verify. Wanted me to package up and return at my expense with the time and hassle involved. Maybe try somewhere else

My original order was ordered on the car mats website including my car registration. Mats took some time to get despatched to Evriand then they sat at the depot for just under a week according to the Evri app. I had to notify car mats that the delivery wasn't moving. I eventually received the car mats and when I fitted them found they were for the wrong Honda civic, although I had sent my reg number. On notifying car mats they told me to return them as they has made a mistake. I asked them if they could send me the correct ones as I had waited for some time, no, I must send the old ones back and only after they receive them back they will start on my new order. This is really poor customer service. The new mats were made and after about 5 weeks I had mats in my car. 2 stars given for poor customer service.

I got my mats today and im shocked at how bad the quality is. The stitching is all over the place especially the drivers mat, the others are not bad. Also they do not fit 100% the drivers one has to be bent to get it to fit the 2 holes. I bought the cheaper mats to see the quality and then i was going to get the deeper pile ones but after seeing the quality i wont be buying mats here again. See the enclosed pictures.
