Ordered custom mats and one of them doesn’t fit properly. Useless custom service

I ordered mats for my BMW, was assured they were being professionally made to measure and hand finished. Had to wait almost 2 weeks for them to arrive, only to find the 2 front mats were a very poor fit. The mats were obviously not bespoke to my BMW despite giving all the information, make model and year of manufacture. Disappointing and will not recommend.

Our car mats are professionally made in our UK factory and are tailored to fit the footwells they are designed for. The reason the mats do not fit is that you've ordered mats for the latest model 3 Series (G20) but you required mats for the earlier model of 3 Series (F30). Our team have been in touch with returns information so that you can return your order for an exchange of the correct mats.

A lot of things went wrong! I placed an order with these for a birthday gift never came on time!!! I placed an order in good time to be told they couldn’t do the embroidery I wanted but I wasn’t aware of this until few days later They lied about emailing me with this matter! Secondly they emailed to say the mats was in production and ready to be sent off.. how? If there was an issue with the letters I wanted… Thirdly they finally done everything correct didn’t get them on time needed them by 11th April got them 19th April! The embroidery isn’t straight on the passenger side mat Never ordering from here again

The text selected on your order was a trademarked term that we were unable to embroider, our team contacted you the day of your order to let you know this. We didn't hear back from you for two weeks, at which point your order was updated and then it entered our production process. We make all our mats to order, and aim to dispatch within 7 working days of the production process starting.

Terrible quality, especially after paying almost £25 From the photos you can see the clips for the mats have not been cut correctly causing the metal to pop out, leaving me unable to fix the mats to my car. I am very disappointed after paying for these I would have received better quality from home bargains. Don't bother.

Received my order a couple of weeks ago. Very disappointed with the poor quality of finish, edges not trimmed properly and drivers mat heel pad not positioned correctly. Tried to contact them immediately but took three days before I got any response. Whilst they have promised to replace the drivers mat they stated it will take 10 days. Clearly their Customer Service skills are lacking as well as the quality of their products. Based upon my experience I wouldn’t recommend this companies products! PS received my replacement drivers mat this week and it was worse than the original!

Please accept our apologies for the issues with the mats you originally received, as our team mentioned these weren't up to standard and should not have been sent out. We haven't heard from you about the replacement mats, if you have concerns about these then please do let our team know. We aim to reply to all emails within 1 working day, your original email to us was on Friday afternoon and our team replied on Sunday morning, a replacement was then arranged on Monday afternoon. The replacement order had to go through the same manufacturing process as the original, hence the time taken to arrive. We left the original drivers mat with you to protect the vehicles interior in the period before the replacement arrived.

Avoid at all cost. I ordered 2008 mats for a Honda Jazz - order 15816. Unbeknown to me half way during the year, they changed shape. They arrived in a flimsy plastic sandwich bag with no other protection. To return them I would have had to pay a £23 exchange fee (1/3 of the cost of the mats & not included on the website information). When I contacted them they wouldn't even help me with the return. How am I supposed to weigh them ? Totally customer service useless. There is none. Avoid at all costs & pass the information on. I have put them out as scrap on bin collection day. That should help the environment.

Firstly we have only received one of the three mats we ordered and the other two are seemingly lost with Evri. Evri referred me to Vanmats who have no customer service number and have not replied as yet to my email. Secondly, the rubber mat we have received fits well but smells so strongly it gives you a headache and we had to drive with the windows down. The VOCs from it can’t be good for you. Had to take it out and hoping the smell will lessen. It is currently de-fuming in our garage while I am gradually fuming!!!! 😤

Our rubber mats do come with a slight odour but this will dissipate very quickly.

I ordered mats on the 14th March. It's now the 19th March and courier still doesn't have a delivery date. Company should be rebranded as "same month mats"

Ordered the top of the range and when I received them was very disappointed they had no where near the depth of pile. I was asked to send a photo, they said they were the best quality. But the fact that the best quality is quoted as 15 mm thick and mine was only 9 mm thick they wouldn’t talk to me. Wouldn’t I buy again No.

Mats are not made for my car even though I provided reg and car details. Today my car broken down because the mat was stuck under the clutch and my clutch has stopped working while I was on the main road. When received mats I contacted the customer service because the there were no hooks provided with the mats and customer service sent me the double sided pads which are useless to be honest. I tried to fixed the mat properly but still was not of my car size. Not happy with the purchase!

Our mats are designed to work with the existing fixings in your footwell, as do not supply the hook/stud part. As you've mentioned this was missing from your Ford Focus. You can source these parts from Ford, or retailer sites such as Amazon or eBay.

Ordered mats for a golf mk 8 not knowing there were several types, no refund offered as my mate had a custom logo added, to be fair they did offer me 40% off a second set but this offer has been declined by me as I simply can’t afford another set, the mats are useless to me so will be going in the bin.

As your order has been embroidered it unfortunately cannot be returned but as our team have mentioned we'd happily offer a 40% discount on a replacement.

Super mats are not super at all. According to the website these should be nice and thick, but it feels like ply glued on cardboard. And there is hardly any ply at all. These are not worth the £55 I paid for them, especially since that is almost the same price I would pay at the dealer. Disappointed.

Our Super mats are are a great quality product, they are a velour mat, rather than needlepunch (as Motor & Grand are). As a result, the pile is very tight, and deliberately short at 4.5mm, this ensures that dirt struggles to penetrate the mat and limits the marks your feet can make on the mat.

I bought 4x Citreon C3 Car Mats. The product was sub-standard, the holes to secure the mats didn't (and still don't) fit the clips on the car and now one of the plastic clips holders has fallen off drivers mat after only a month of use. Poor product, cheaply made. Had to buy another set. Couldn't be bothered to return, just won't use them again. On a side note, I'm also being bombarded by their direct selling spam emails.

Disappointed purchase as order never turned up. Was told courier had lost the parcel, therefore requested a refund. Tbf, responses to email was prompt and had no issue with getting a refund.

Our Off Road Rubber mats are extremely good quality & made from 3mm rubber. These aren't moulded rubber mats that come up the sides of the footwells, we offer these for a limited number of vehicles but not the 4 Series. If there was an issue with your product please do let us know and we'd be happy to resolve this for you.

Don’t waste your money! Paid £45 for the “super” quality, which were extremely poor quality. Have previously bought better for less than £20. So thin they just curled up and nowhere near as thick as the description on the website (4.5mm as opposed to 7.5mm). When I requested some form of recompense, the customer service was shocking, just excuses and contradictions!

I've reviewed the emails from August 2022 and I can see that the photos showed a 7.5mm thick mat, the markings on the ruler used didn't go the bottom of the plastic which added a few more mm. We hope you'll consider using us again.
