I bought these mats for a friend as a birthday present and was very disappointed to see an ugly manufactures advertisement label on the front drivers side mat . I think this cheapens them . I was unaware the label would be on any of the mats . If it is so necessary to put an advertisement on them why not on the back of the mat ? Where it won’t be seen. Having drawn the issue to the attention of the manufactures I have been told to cut it off with a sharp knife . Which I would if they hadn’t been a gift for someone else. No where does it say on ordering this label would be in place .

Thank you for your order and for leaving a review. I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the tag. We try to make the tag as discrete as possible on the mats and locate it in a position that you cannot see when sat in the vehicle. The tag is noted at the bottom of our product description.

Quality wasn't what I expected very thin very light weight I ordered mid range thick pile says top quality feels like bottom basement stuff would not buy again had better out of aldi, total waste of time and delivery time is pathetic

We offer a range of carpet for different uses and it's possible that you'd have been happier with a higher quality and thicker carpet. I know you've already spoken to our team about your order. Our mats aren't comparable to those you can buy in Aldi as ours are tailored to a specific model and can be customised. For your mats you opted to have your Audi TT mats customised with your registration embroidered on the mats and a red trim.

My first order was not delivered as EVRI had lost my parcel! Although this was not CarMats fault they do need to take some responsibility as they have chosen to use a courier that has been voted the worse delivery company in the UK for the past two years! My replacement order arrived on time, however I was disappointed as I was expecting a thicker pile as I had ordered the super range. The 20 pence coin image shows the super range to look reasonable thick. I contacted CarMats, who explained the difference in carpet piles and an explanation on the coin image. See below: “Our coin images show the depth of the carpet, for the tighter weave carpets (e.g. Super, Executive & Elite) the coin has been pushed down with a weight before the photo has been taken” I can’t fault the communication from CarMats, they do reply to emails promptly, the mats are a perfect fit and do look good in my car. I just hope they are as hard wearing as advertised! Change your courier and be more honest and upfront with your photos on your web page and you would have got 5 stars.

We have very few issues with delivery given the number of orders we send out each day, but unfortunately a very small number do have issues and in this case yours was one of these. We try to be as clear as possible with our imagery, the only way to demonstrate the pile on some of the mats is to weight the coin as the carpet pile is so tight. We state this on our website below the last of the images. We hope you will consider using us again for any future purchases.

I only got these because I couldn’t find any rubber matts for my car and I prefer rubber as it’s easier to clean in winter time. when I opened these I was very disappointed. They’re so flimsy and they absolutely stink of rubber. For what I paid I’m annoyed. But we live and we learn. Don’t recommend buying. I’m going to try and find something else eventually.

Our rubber mats do have a slight odour but this will fade once the mats have been out of the packaging for a few days. If it doesn't then please try leaving the mats in direct sunlight. They are 'ok' quality but, to be fair they were extremely well priced. Not an absolutely perfect fit but definitely good enough. Good value for money? Yes, definitely

The "Super" Tesla Model Y RHD were no better than the thin flimsy ones that come with the car. They weren't as described "thick. Bring an exclusive feel to an interior." The ones sent weren't finished well with faulty stitching and had marks on them....I would guess that they're returns that were sent back out.

The mats are rubbish , I paid an upgrade and they are thin as anything, rubbish quality like they are from the pound shop , I expected more tbh

Bought the rubber car mats for my Jaguar F pace. Arrived as planned and fit perfectly so all good there. Big issue being they smell so toxic to the extent you go dizzy sat on the car with the smell. Have therefore removed them and left them outside now for 2 days. They still stick of toxic rubber. As they stand right now cannot use and feel I’ve wasted my money.

Paid nearly 40pounds for a set of mats and am extremely disappointed with the quality of them , very thin and poor quality materials used , won't buy again , and certainly won't recommend them in the future

i payed £43 for my off road car mats only to find that you have sent me velcro to secure 1 mat which dont even stick onto the mat properly. They said they will send me extra velcro out of their good will but nothing has come through. Paying £43 for car mats you would think it would come with all the clips/velcro needed

The additional velcro was sent out via Royal Mail, due to the recent postal strikes it may take longer for the velcro to reach you than normal. Mats arrived promptly and good communications. The mats did have an almost overwhelming rubber smell. Took them out the packaging and let them air in the garage and also back garden for a couple of weeks, which has helped. Low score is because the clips on the mats don't connect with the car fittings, so mats are not secured.

My delivery was a rail mess had notifications it was out for delivery from Wednesday turned up Sunday tracking did not show this. Mats then turned up finish is poor edge finish the foot tread in middle of driver mat is not in line it's wonky.

Website photos very misleading. I chose the executive mats for my car and the main photo showed the mats also covered the drivers foot rest. £70 later and a weeks wait and they didn't have the foot rest cover. Sadly I personalised my mats so I can return them, so they are heading for the bin. Be careful when ordering!!

Hi Darren Thank you for your order and for leaving a review. Our website is very clear and shows the shape of the mat prominently on the product page. The mats you've ordered for the Ioniq 5 do not cover the footrest, as shown in the image. This is the same as the OEM mats from Hyundai, these similarly do not cover the footrest. Your mats cannot be returned as they are not faulty and have been embroidered with your choice of custom text. This is in line with our returns policy as stated on our product page and returns page. We'd encourage you to use the mats as they are the correct mats for your vehicle rather than binning them, this would be better for the environment. They are the correct shaped mats for your vehicle and you may not find an alternative shape that covers the footwell as this is not the Hyundai OEM shape.

I was looking for some decent car mats, a bit of quality for my new car, delivery was advertised at being my 3 to 9 days, great I thought should have them for when the car is delivered. Wrong was I, 16 days from order to delivery, not what I call good service, the company will probably respond by saying the jubilee effected it, really if that is the case then you really need to look at your excuses because that would just be a very poor one. Now if they were the quality I was expecting with spending over £50 for car mats then that would almost be worth it. Nope, they feel like basic quality, not very thick. The one good thing which is why it’s not a 1 star is the fit is very good.

After purchasing the executive mats for a freelander 1 & waiting nearly a month for delivery, when they did arrive, I did wonder how standard mats differed from executive as the material quality looked basic to say I had paid a premium for executive/luxury. The front mats had an excellent profile to the genuine mats, whilst the rear mats were significantly smaller & offered little in foot-well coverage/protection. Customer service response was excellent, although as I had requested customisation a return refund was not permitted due to personalisation. For the price I had paid I was hoping for a wow factor which sadly I didn't get ! My advice is to buy standard mats then if not happy a return is possible.

I know you've spoken to our team about your mats and they have advised you that you should expect some slight wear initially there your feet touch the mat. This is to be expected, car mats are a wear product. They should not continue to wear at this rate and the pictures provided show wear consistent with your usage.

Bought mats for my Vauxhall Crossland 18 although quality good they do not fit . They are out by a lot can’t clip them on and just move about under my feet useless. They were not expensive so not even worth sending them back lesson learnt you get what you pay for .
