“HAD TO PLAY AROUND WITH PINS DRIVERS SIDE . STRONG SMELL WITH MATTS BUT WAS NOT GOING TO PAY EXTRA TO GET RID OF SMELL.”

“The mats have a strong smell of rubber, and even after 1 week its very strong in the car. Is there anything that can be done to remove the rubber smell?”

“I do like the mats, they fit very well and look good. However they are not as thick and heavy as I was expecting for that price, especially the underside which look and feel like a cheap mat. I upgraded as well!”

“Car mats fit perfectly, not sure they are of the greatest quality but what should expect for the money paid. We opted for the slightly better ones so I wouldn’t like to see the cheapest option All in all looking at the price I am satisfied with the mats”

“Good price. Shame about the poor fitting. Brought some mats for my new transit custom, purchase was easy enough, decent price. I paid for the sure fit service and next day delivery however by selecting the sure fit service it delays the order by a day for it to be checked. To do the check I needed to send measurements and photos of the fittings of the van, if they had measurements online I wouldn’t have needed to do this. The mats arrived but the fitting of them is very poor. There are lumps caused due to poor fitting. One side over hangs, the other has a gap. The cutting is also not straight causing a 1cm gap on one side and a 3cm gap on the other. They are not even symmetrical . I questioned the fitting but was told that the fitting is ‘as expected’ to which I disagreed. I was offered the opportunity to return for a refund but given the time delay in the response I had driven the van with them in so they unable to be returned. Overall, decent quality rubber mats but let down by the poor fitting.”

“Bought another set (different car), and got wound into the "grand" upgrade. Looked lovely, but no different from the basics. Still felt cheap and nasty. Time will tell how they wear.”

The Grand mats are an upgrade from Motor and feature a thicker carpet & upgraded trim. It's possible you'd have been happier with either our Super, Executive or Elite level mats. Super or Executive would be closer to Skoda OEM quality.

“Delivery time was quite long from an Irish company to Ireland. For a Ford Mondeo not a rare car. Mats are good designed for the car, but not obvious why back mats are shaped as they are. Price ok.”

“The rubber mats for my Citroen C3 Aircross are almost perfect. Unfortunately I can’t get the front ones to fit over the floor pegs. The holes are just too tight. Can anyone suggest a method please, that doesn’t involve a Stanley knife?”

“I ordered MK4 Mondeo mats for my wife's car, as the old ones failed. Went for the grand tier which is a step up from motor trade but to be fair they aren't the best feel or look, they feel very ridged and I doubt they'll last all that long. I looked at the reviews before purchasing but at €50 something euro for a set I expected better quality than what I received. They look at feel the same as the €15 generic set I can get from Halfords.”

“Recently purchased a set of matts for VW ID4. Matts where described as super trim high quality, but upon receiving matts I found the quality of material to be very basic with very little thickness or depth.”
