“I certainly would advise looking for a different supplier. Okay, any business can get things wrong and should be given the opportunity to make things right. CarMats certainly got it wrong with the fit of the drivers side mat for my MK4 golf and when I contacted them they just sent round fittings that made absolutely no difference and that was their idea of customer. Sad but true. I had asked for a refund as they didn’t do what they were supposed to do.”

I can see that you send us a photo of a clip missing from your mat back in June, our team at the time asked for more information about the fit issue but we didn't hear from you with the requested information. “The mats are of good quailty and only time will tell if stand up to use. As for the courier, I only wish they would use another as 1st order they returned with no reason or even delivery attempt. Second was promised another courier but no and was thrown in a neighbours garden with a POD so dark was unreadable, luck my neighbours dog sounded and was handed to me the next day. While I would use car mats again, if their delivery method is Evri, sorry no way in hell and is well reported in my area to be so and again on national TV. I do want a rear set of matts but wont be ordering via Car Mats sorry”
