There were two options available for my vehicle, and unfortunately I chose the wrong one. After sending a single email to their customer service team, they responded promptly with clear and concise instructions on how to return the incorrect mats and arrange a replacement with the correct set. “Ibought the heavy duty rubber mats , they fit well , pong a bit but they said they would . gave them a wash with dish soap, water and a little white vinegar then lots of fresh air . Thanks , happy with my purchase .”

“Ordered these mats from car mats.ie then realized that it is a uk company. I was concerned about extra charges but when I mailed them I was assured that there will be no hidden costs and there weren’t The mats arrived perfectly and fit and look really great.
