“I am so disappointed that the mats (which are lovey) don't even come close to fitting my vehicle. They are completely wrong. I have of course emailed to explain, and have sent clear photographic evidence that they are very wrong. Despite admitting that they've sent the wrong mats, and they can send the correct ones, they are refusing to honour my legal consumer rights, and give me a refund. Absolutely appalling customer care/service. Legal action pending.”

“I bought car mats for my daughters car,that we bought for her.The car is immaculate,except mats were scruffy. We ordered the dearer mats from yourselves for her Kia Sportage GTLine. I also had the heal cushion and matching edging around mats. they arrived,she is delighted with them,finish car off perfectly.Top quality better than what the car was supplied with. We will Definatly use you again,and recomend to freinds and family. Thankyou.”
