“Put in a order for mats for my step daughters car as a surprise for her new car, my 4th order with this company. There was an issue with the original confirmation and I received the mats with the embroidery incomplete, however, Amy, Dan & Ash pulled out all the stops to ensure I received a new set of mats at no extra cost, with the full embroidery included. Communication throughout was fantastic and their support and understanding was well beyond expectation. My step daughter was over the moon, as was I. Brilliant service, very highly recommended and my next mats for my car will be coming from these guys.”
