“Very good quality, perfect fit and look great. The only complaint I have is the inaccurate updates from shop. I presume the update dates saying they had been delivered was to inform me they had been delivered to Evri, because they had not been delivered to me.”

“We ordered car mats for our Mini 5 door, the mats fit well, but are so thin and flimsy!! We ordered the basic mats plus extra heel pad on drivers, but really sorry to say they are pathetically thin. After paying over £30 for the mats including vat and delivery they are not even as good as mats we paid under £8.00 as I remember from Aldi. It's such a shame, we thought it's a British company based in Derbyshire where I live, let's give them the trade, but what a waste of money the mats they have supplied are thin, flimsy and lightweight! Which will be seeing my wheelie bin shortly and putting the Aldi one's back in.”

Hi Thank you for your order of Motor mats for your Mini and for supporting our local business. I'm sorry to hear that you're not happy with the mats you have received. These are our most affordable entry level car mats. The mats you've purchased are tailored specifically for your F55 Mini Cooper. Universal mats are cheaper, we also sell these but they would be a poor fit in comparison as they are not tailored to your specific footwell. We do also offer thicker and more luxurious mats which you might have been happier with.

“not really got a problem with the mats themselve it the shocking delivery, the order was done giving the make and van model and registration for both seat covers and mats,seat cover were very good mats did not fit, so them with the hassle of sending them back did not recieve replacement mats, had to go back numerous times to get response on why we still didn't recieve mats. finally they arrived and there ok.possibly need to look at the template to make them just slightly larger to fit floor contours. overall must havetook a month to get the mats sortnext day delivery need looking at as this didn't happen,two more vans to fit but in two mind whether to due to hassle.”

Hi Greg Please accept my apologies for the delay in the delivery of your van mats. From looking at the tracking, the replacement van mat were not delivered by the courier and were scheduled to be returned to us. Rather than waiting for these to be returned we manufactured a new set and sent these out again on a next day delivery. I'm glad these have now arrived with you.
